SEALING PROFILE RECEIVING DEVICE HAVING A FIRST AND A SECOND HOLDING UNIT
A sealing profile receiving device having first and second holding units for receiving and holding first and second sealing profile elements, and a casting unit for casting a connecting portion for connecting the first and second sealing profile elements and/or for casting first and second end terminations of the first and second sealing profile elements. A first and/or second and/or third drive unit for driving at least one holding and/or clamping and/or ejector element is/are provided and includes a chain comprising a plurality of chain links arranged at least between two guide faces of a guide unit for guiding the chain and/or chain links, such that an adjusting force can be exerted in the pulling and pushing directions of the chain by the first and/or second and/or third drive unit.
Joining structure
A joining structure includes a first member, a second member of a material different from that of the first member, and a separation mechanism provided between the first member and the second member and that separates the first member and the second member from each other, wherein a resin is filled into the space between the edge of at least one member among the first member and the second member, and the other member.
Mold structure for injection end welding in sealing profiles
Disclosed is an end welding mold for providing end welding in all moving or fixed glass profiles of vehicles via injection method, having at least one mold core providing geometric shaping of the paste which is transferred by a hot runner system or a cold runner system, which is changeable depending on different end welding references. It could also be applied to dynamic sealings ends (eg. door seals) on cars if they have an end moulding.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE TRIM
The subject invention includes a fixed window assembly for a vehicle comprising a fixed glass, a trim portion having a polymeric base and a decorative member bonded to the polymeric base. An encapsulation is coupled to the fixed glass and the polymeric base to mount the trim portion in a spaced and adjacent position relative to the fixed glass. A method of manufacturing is also provided using first and second molding apparatuses. Polymeric material is injected into a first mold cavity of the first molding apparatus to form the polymeric base bonded to the decorative member. Polymeric material is injected into a second mold cavity of the second molding apparatus to form the encapsulation coupled to the fixed glass and simultaneously coupled to the polymeric base to mount the trim portion in an adjacent position to the fixed glass.
HOLLOW PROFILE COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY
Systems and processes produce a plastic-metal composite component composed of at least one hollow profile and at least one fluid to be used in an interior of the at least one hollow profile.
Method for producing a composite sealing element
A method for producing a composite sealing element, in particular for forming a seal at a retractable pane of a vehicle window, wherein the composite sealing element is produced from at least one extruded element portion and at least one element part formed by injection molding in a mold cavity of a mold, with the element part being molded onto an end face, bounding the mold cavity, of the extruded portion. A change in the dimensions of the composite sealing element as a result of the length of the extruded element portion differing from the nominal value is counteracted by changing the arrangement of the end face of the extruded element portion with respect to the mold cavity.
Method Of Manufacturing A Seal Assembly For A Vehicle
In a method of manufacturing a seal assembly, strips of material are extruded to form first and second bodies, and ends of the bodies are positioned into a mold cavity of a molding apparatus. An elastomeric material is injected into the mold cavity to form a locator device having a foot portion and a tab portion with the tab portion defining a first reference point. A thermoplastic elastomeric material is injected into the mold cavity to form a corner mold covering the body ends and the foot portion of the locator device with the corner mold defining a second reference point. The corner mold bonds the first body end, the second body end, and the locator device together to fix the locator device to the first body end at a locator position such that a predetermined distance between the reference points is maintained during injecting of the thermoplastic elastomeric material.
Backplate, support frame for backlight unit, backlight unit and display device
The present invention relates to the display technology field, and provides a backplate, a plastic-iron integrated structure, a backlight unit, and a display device. The backplate is provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole has an inner wall and an outer wall which form a projection structure on the backplate. When the backplate is bonded with a plastic frame to form the plastic-iron integrated structure, the plastic frame not only contacts the inner wall of the first through hole, but also contacts the surface of the projection structure, thus increasing the contact area between the plastic frame and the backplate, and increasing the bonding force between the plastic frame and the backplate. Even when the plastic frame shrinks in case of fluctuations in temperature and/or humidity, the plastic frame is not easily separated from the backplate, and the stability of the formed plastic-iron integrated structure is improved.
Composite member and composite-member manufacturing method
A composite member includes a metal sheet having a bent portion formed by bending, and a resin member joined to at least a part of the bent portion. The metal sheet includes an opening provided on an inner side of the bent portion, and a tapered recess that tapers off from an outer side of the bent portion toward the opening. The resin member includes an inner resin part filled in the recess, and an exposed resin part provided to be continuous with the inner resin part and to extend to an inner surface of the bent portion through an edge portion of the opening.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SEALING ELEMENT
A method for producing a sealing element for forming a seal on a vehicle body, in particular a vehicle door; in the method, a profiled strip section is subjected to punching, and/or an additional element portion of the sealing element is molded onto a profited strip section. The profiled strip section is provided with a projection that extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the strip, and the projection is used for positioning the profiled strip section relative to a punching die or injection mold in the longitudinal direction of the strip.
