A method for producing a laminated glass with a resin frame includes a disposing step of disposing a laminated glass inside a shaping mold in which a cavity into which a resin material for a resin frame is injected is formed, an injection step of injecting the resin material into the cavity from a first surface side of the laminated glass or an end face side of the laminated glass, a blocking step of blocking a flow of the resin material in at least a part of a peripheral portion of the laminated glass to prevent the resin material from reaching an outer peripheral region on a second surface opposite to the first surface, and an opposing force applying step of applying an opposing force from an opposing force applying position on the second surface and inside of the outer peripheral region of the laminated glass.

The side wall (2) is covered by a label (23) and the open base (1), including the ring (11) thereof, is covered by a sealed lid (14) inside the base.

A guide rail for guiding movements of a vehicle window, includes a first structure extending below a beltline of a vehicle door and a second structure extending above the beltline. The second structure includes a bottom wall, a side wall disposed on a first surface of the bottom wall, and an extension part disposed on a second surface of the bottom wall. The second surface is opposite to the first surface. A groove is formed by the bottom wall and the extension part, and has an opening defined by a surface of the extension part and a surface of the bottom wall. A plastic protrusion part is disposed on the surface of the extension part and partially surrounds the groove. The bottom wall is provided with a first opening, two second openings and a third opening. A part of the bottom wall between the two second openings forms a block.

A unit cell injection mold for fabricating a unit cell of a fuel cell, in which an integrated frame of the unit cell formed by injecting a polymer resin onto an insert, in which a membrane electrode assembly and a gas diffusion layer are integrated, is formed, the unit cell injection mold includes an upper mold, a lower mold engaged with the upper mold to define an inner space between the lower mold and the upper mold, the inner space including an injection area into which the insert is accommodated and an insert area into which the polymer resin is injected to form the frame, and elastic protrusions formed from an elastic material, the elastic protrusions being disposed on the upper mold and the lower mold to face each other, wherein the elastic protrusions clamp the insert to divide the inner space into the insert area and the injection area to prevent the polymer resin from entering the insert area.

There is described an apparatus for performing the in-mold decoration method with an injection tool (1). The injection tool (1) has a first tool portion (11) having a first mold recess (13) and a second tool portion (12) having a second mold recess (15) corresponding to the first mold recess. The second tool portion (12) has at least one injection passage (12e), wherein a portion of an endless decorative film (16) can be arranged between the first tool portion (11) and the second tool portion (12). The mold recess (13) of the first tool portion (11) has a raised edge region (14) extending in a closed configuration around the mold recess (13) and having an end face (14s) which is flattened or rounded or pointed in cross-section. The second tool portion (12) has a corresponding end face (12s) parallel to the end face (14s) of the raised edge region (14). When the injection tool (1) is closed there is a spacing (s) between the end face (14s) of the raised edge region (14) of the first tool portion (11) and the corresponding end face (12s) of the second tool portion (12) at least over a subregion, wherein the spacing is sealed by the decorative film (16). A method for same is further described.

An insert member includes a bending portion, a first portion, and a second portion. The bending portion is interposed between the first portion and the second portion. A device for integrally molding the insert member and resin includes a holding portion configured to securely hold the first portion, a surface configured to contact a bottom surface of the second portion, and a gate configured to inject resin from a position nearer to the first portion than to the second portion, into a cavity. The cavity has a shape which causes a flow speed of the resin in a space above the second portion to be higher than a flow speed of the resin in a space at a side of the second portion.
