Plastic Tube Screen Fill Injection Mold
The present invention involves a fabrication of plastic-tube-screen-fill (PTSF) injection mold fabricating PTSFs using molten plastics injection molding machine. The PTSFs replace PVC-film-fills currently using in water evaporative cooling towers. The PTSFs have a higher water cooling efficiency compared to the efficiency of the PVC-film-fills and therefore the PTSFs reduce the operation and construction expenses of the cooling tower, and also the PTSFs reduce the production of plastic wastes due to the utilizing of high cooling efficient media in the cooling towers. In order to commercialize the PTSFs, a manufacturing tool of the PTSFs to fabricate a low-cost plastic-tube-screen-fill is needed. To achieve this end, the PTSF injection mold is invented by comprising four partial-molds, which is operated in three dimensional disassembling and reassembling processes using a vertical injection molding machine.

APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
A system for taking out a molded product that does not require an operator to determine the sucking operation start time for a vacuum sucker by himself/herself by trial and error is provided. A controller includes a time interval measuring section configured to measure a time interval judging from an output from a pressure detector. The time interval measuring section measures a stable time interval since the pressure in a pipe reaches a predetermined pressure until a sucking operation start pressure is detected judging from an output from the pressure detector. The sucking operation start pressure indicates that a suction nozzle starts operation to suck up a molded product hereby the predetermined pressure is maintained. A sucking operation start time determining section of the controller determines a sucking operation start time such that a stable time interval is longer than a bias time interval, concurrently with movement control for a moving mechanism.
Injection molding system and method for manufacturing molded object
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine configured to operate in accordance with a command generated using a first language, and inject a molten material into a mold to mold a molded object; a robot configured to operate in accordance with a command generated using a second language, and convey the molded object; and a control device configured to control the injection molding machine and the robot. When determining that an error occurs in at least one of the injection molding machine and the robot, the control device transmits, to the injection molding machine, a command generated using the first language and for causing the injection molding machine to execute a return operation, and transmits, to the robot, a command interpretable by the second language and for causing the robot to execute a return operation, so as to cause the injection molding machine and the robot to execute the return operations.
Injection molding system
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine where a shaping mold is installed; a material supply device supplying a material to the injection molding machine; a temperature controller controlling a temperature of the shaping mold; a dryer drying a material stored in the material supply device; a controller controlling the injection molding machine; and a casing. The injection molding machine, the material supply device, the temperature controller, the dryer, and the controller are provided inside the casing. The casing has a caster and is configured to be movable.
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
Provided is an apparatus for taking out a molded product, which is capable of determining occurrence of a suction error and/or likelihood of a suction error of the molded product with high accuracy and of knowing a cause thereof. A pressure data storing section stores time-series pressure data from a pressure detector. A suction error cause determining section determines occurrence of a suction error and/or likelihood of a suction error of a molded product by a suction member on a basis of a time-series comparison result obtained by comparing the stored time-series pressure data with predetermined time-series reference data. When the suction error cause determining section determines the occurrence of the suction error and/or the likelihood of the suction error, the suction error cause determining section determines a cause of the occurring suction error and a solution therefor based on a time-series change pattern.
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT, METHOD OF ESTIMATING MASS OF TAKING PORTION OF THE APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
There are provided an apparatus for taking out a molded product that allows a physical amount such as the mass of the taking portion to be easily acquired with a relatively simple configuration. A posture reversing mechanism is provided between the elevating arm and the taking portion to change the direction of the taking portion between an unreversed state in which the taking portion is directed to be able to take hold of the molded product molded in the die, and a reversed state in which the length of the taking portion in the vertical direction is shorter than that in the unreversed state. A sensor detects vibration of the elevating arm. A mass estimating section estimates the mass of the taking portion on the basis of vibration of the elevating arm detected by the sensor when the taking portion is in the reversed state.
