Injection molding of crosslinking polymers
Non-time dependent measured variables are used to effectively determine an optimal hold profile for an expanding crosslinking polymer part in a mold cavity. A system and/or approach may first inject molten expanding crosslinking polymer into a mold cavity, then measure at least one non-time dependent variable during an injection molding cycle. Next, the system and/or method commences a hold profile for the part, and upon completing the hold profile, the part is ejected from the mold cavity, whereupon a cure profile is commenced.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine where a shaping mold is installed; a material supply device supplying a material to the injection molding machine; a temperature controller controlling a temperature of the shaping mold; a dryer drying a material stored in the material supply device; a controller controlling the injection molding machine; and a casing. The injection molding machine, the material supply device, the temperature controller, the dryer, and the controller are provided inside the casing. The casing has a caster and is configured to be movable.

An image display device displays an image such that a pair of reference symmetric structure portions, e.g. a pair of guide pins, are included in a captured image displayed on a display section, the pair of reference symmetric structure portions being located symmetrically with respect to a second virtual plane which extends in the opening direction and the vertical direction and includes a virtual center line of the molding apparatus which extends in the opening direction. A teaching execution section is used to determine the lateral position of an approach frame in the take-out operation by changing the position of the approach frame such that the center of an imaging range is located at a middle position between the pair of reference symmetric structure portions included in the captured image.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An injection molding machine which includes a mold clamping device (20) that opens and closes a mold (90) and clamps the closed mold, an injection device (30) that injects a material into the clamped mold, and an ejecting device (21) that ejects a molded product (100) molded in the mold is provided. The injection molding machine further includes a plurality of cameras (2) that photograph the injection molding machine to generate image data, a memory (6) that records the image data, an input device that sets at least one photographing time by selecting the start or end of each process in a molding cycle, and a control device that controls the camera to photograph the injection molding machine at the at least one photographing time, and controls the memory to record the image data.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED OBJECT
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine; an inspection device including a first placement unit, a second placement unit, an inspection unit, and a moving unit configured to change a relative position between the first placement unit and the inspection unit and a relative position between the second placement unit and the inspection unit; a third placement unit; a robot configured to convey the molded object; and a control device. The control device controls the injection molding machine, the robot, and the inspection device so as to mold a first molded object during a first molding period, inspect the first molded object placed on the first placement unit during a first inspection period, convey the first molded object after inspection from the first placement unit to the third placement unit during a first conveyance period, mold a second molded object during a second molding period, inspect the second molded object placed on the second placement unit during a second inspection period, convey the second molded object after inspection from the second placement unit to the third placement unit during a second conveyance period, and overlap the first inspection period and the second molding period and overlap the second inspection period and the first conveyance period.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED OBJECT
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine configured to operate in accordance with a command generated using a first language, and inject a molten material into a mold to mold a molded object; a robot configured to operate in accordance with a command generated using a second language, and convey the molded object; and a control device configured to control the injection molding machine and the robot. When determining that an error occurs in at least one of the injection molding machine and the robot, the control device transmits, to the injection molding machine, a command generated using the first language and for causing the injection molding machine to execute a return operation, and transmits, to the robot, a command interpretable by the second language and for causing the robot to execute a return operation, so as to cause the injection molding machine and the robot to execute the return operations.

Provided is an injection molding apparatus including a first mold and a second mold, an ejector plate provided on the first mold to reciprocate and configured to eject an injection molded object between the first mold and the second mold, and a sensor device having a moving sensor detachably attached to the ejector plate, and configured to detect a position of the ejector plate, wherein the sensor device is detachably attached to the first mold and the ejector plate by a magnetic force.

A machine learning device includes: an input data acquiring unit that acquires input data including any molding condition including at least a type of resin, a type of additive, a blending ratio of the additive, and a temperature of the resin in molding any article molded by any injection molding machine, and state information indicating a wear amount of a mold before molding at the molding conditions; a label acquiring unit that acquires label data indicating state information of the mold after molding at the molding conditions included in the input data; and a learning unit that executes supervised learning using the input data acquired by the input data acquiring unit and the label data acquired by the label acquiring unit, and generates a learned model.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND DISPLAY METHOD
A display device causes a display unit to display a first graph showing the temporal change of a feature value of a physical quantity measured in each molding cycle of an injection molding machine and a second graph showing the temporal change of events that occurred in the injection molding machine, with the time axes of the first graph and the second graph being defined in the same direction on the same scale, based on cycle information indicating the molding cycle in which the feature value was measured and occurrence period information indicating the occurrence time period of the events.

An injection molding system include: an injection molding machine; a plurality of peripheral devices; an identification code attached to the injection molding machine and each of the plurality of peripheral devices, and having identification information of the injection molding machine and each of the plurality of peripheral devices; a code reader that reads the identification code; and a management unit including a storage unit that stores a correct combination of the identification code of the injection molding machine and the plurality of peripheral devices, and a confirmation determination unit for confirming whether the correct combination stored in the storage unit matches the identification code read by the code reader.
