SAFETY CHAIN SYSTEM
A safety chain system that includes a drawbar hanger. The drawbar hanger includes a drawbar frame that defines a first aperture. A drawbar rests within the first aperture. A safety chain anchor also rests within the first aperture. The safety chain anchor defines a second aperture. The second aperture receives a safety chain. The safety chain anchor is able to slide in and out of the first aperture.
Trailer tongue stand with secure coupler
A trailer anti-theft device is disclosed which provides a protective coupler shell that surrounds an affixed hitch ball, and which surrounds a received hitch coupler. The protective coupler shell can be selectively disengaged, such as by unlocking, to allow access to and removal of the hitch coupler from the affixed hitch ball.
Trailer hitch security system
The present invention relates to a device and method for securing a non motorized trailer from unauthorized movement by attaching a keyed tongue bar to an authorized vehicle and attaching a paired tongue receiver to the non motorized trailer. If a vehicle does not have attached thereto the keyed tongue, the vehicle, i.e. unauthorized vehicle, will not be able to be attached to and move the trailer. The keyed tongue bar and paired tongue receiver have an abstract-shaped end and matched abstract-shaped opening, respectively.
Apparatuses and locking elements including assist devices
A pin assist device that eliminates the need to use a separate tool to insert and/or extract a cotter, or other fastening, pin. The pin assist device allows the user to easily insert or extract a pin in locations that are difficult to reach, in all types of weather and virtually all conditions. Related pin assist devices, hitch pins, and hitch pin assemblies are also disclosed.
ALIGNING HITCH PIN ASSEMBLY
A hitch pin assembly includes a hitch pin, housing and shoulder bushing. The housing removably connects to the bushing when the bushing is seated in the aperture of a receiver tube. When the housing is so connected a plunger of the housing extends through the bushing and projects into the receiver tube. When the shank is inserted into the receiver tube the plunger tip catches the aperture of the shank, holding the shank in a position in which the pin-receiving apertures on the receiver tube and shank are aligned. The hitch pin is then inserted from one side of the receiver tube and into the bushing. A plunger in the housing translates along a projection in a track of the plunger to reveal the projection to the hitch pin tip and place it into position for engagement with the inserted hitch pin. The engagement holds the shank and eliminates rattling.
Lawn tractor hitch
The present invention is an improved aftermarket lawn tractor hitch. The improved aftermarket hitch includes an upper support plate or member for attaching the plate to the tractor, a hitch pin for connecting to the towable implement, a compression spring surrounding the pin for holding the hitch pin in a closed position, and a lower support member. The user can open the hitch pin by lifting the handle on one end of the pin thereby releasing the tongue of the towable implement, which is held between the lower support member and the conventional tow tab.

Quick releasing hitch pin
A hitch pin for quick and easy release of a hitch assembly. The hitch pin has a shaft with added hole for connection to a removable lock cap by a coupler pin. The quick releasing hitch pin device may be used to secure a hitch and hitch receiver. In addition, the combination of a removable lock cap allows the hitch pin to gravity release thereby freeing the operator to operate the vehicle with hitch in order to release a bound-up hitch pin from the hitch receiver on the draft implement. This method makes for a less cumbersome and safer release of a hitch pin in varied situations, such as when an implement is on fire risking life, limb and property.
DETACHABLE DOLLY TRAINING CONNECTOR
The invention is directed to a detachable dolly training connector. The connector includes a first detachable connector for connecting to a first mobile platform or dolly, coupled to a second detachable connector for connecting to a second mobile platform or dolly. The first detachable connector can include an expandable and retractable pin arrangement. The second detachable connector can include a clamp.
