A shock absorber for damping movement of a wheel suspension system of a vehicle can include a damper tube, a piston, a damping adjustment assembly, and a protective cover. The damper tube can contain a fluid. The piston can be located in the damper tube so as to accommodate relative movement between the damper tube and the piston. The damping adjustment assembly can be connected to the damper tube, and can include a reservoir, a solenoid valve, and a wire harness connection. The solenoid valve can be in fluid communication with each of the reservoir and the damper tube and configured to selectively open and close fluid communication between the reservoir and the damper tube. The wire harness connection can be in electrical communication with the solenoid valve. The protective cover can contain the wire harness connection.
CHASSIS COMPONENT, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CHASSIS COMPONENT, AND WHEEL SUSPENSION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A chassis component (1) for a wheel suspension having at least two pivot points (3, 4), at least one connecting structure (7) which interconnects the pivot points (3, 4) with one another, and at least one sensor (9). The at least one sensor (9) is embodied as a piezoresistive thin film (19) arranged on a section of a surface (8) of the connecting structure (7). A thin film interconnects contact points (15, 16), of at least two conductive sections (13, 14) which are integrated in the connecting structure (7), to one another.
String-shaped-object binder
A string-shaped-object binder that binds together a plurality of string-shaped objects, each routed in a slackened state between two vehicle components that move relative to each other, at a predetermined position between the two vehicle components. The string-shaped-object binder includes a fixing retainer that fixedly retains one of the string-shaped objects, and a movement-allowing retainer that retains another one of the string-shaped objects so as to allow the string-shaped object to move in a direction in which an axis of the string-shaped object extends and in directions orthogonal to the axis.

In an embodiment, the present invention provides a stop device for limiting a vertical spring deflection of a motor vehicle leaf spring that is mounted on an axle member, the stop device including: a stop which limits a vertical movement of the leaf spring; a support structure for supporting and mounting the stop on a vehicle support; and a guiding device for receiving and guiding at least one of a cable, a line, and/or a holder. The guiding device is fastened to the support structure.

An electromechanical actuating drive (1) having a servomotor (2) arranged so that the servomotor (2) can rotate about its longitudinal axis in a vehicle, and a cable harness (3) having first and second ends. A first end of the harness (3) is connected to the servomotor (2) and the harness (3) extends, in an elastically deformable arc, from the first end to the second end. The second end of the harness (3) is positionally fixed in the vehicle. The second end of the cable harness (3) is clamped in a securing and deflecting device at a transfer point (5).

An active roll stabilizer of a motor vehicle including an actuator (8) in the form of a swivel motor arranged so as to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The cover forms a dry space and has a plug receiving opening, in its periphery, into which the plug can be inserted, in the radial direction, and secured.

DAMPING SYSTEM FOR A WHEEL OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A damping system of an active chassis for a vehicle wheel. The damping system includes a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and a damper having a piston, which damper is couplable to a wheel suspension system for the wheel. A hydraulic pump has a hydraulic reservoir and a hydraulic unit including valves. The hydraulic pump and the hydraulic unit cooperate with hydraulic chambers of the hydraulic cylinder such that, depending on the direction of conveyance of the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic unit, a movement of the piston in a first direction of actuation or in a second direction of actuation can be provided. The hydraulic pump and the damper are connected via the hydraulic unit and a tube-hose system including tubes and hoses. The hydraulic cylinder of the damper and the tube-hose system of the damping system feature a combined hydraulic capacity of between 9 mL/100 bar and 14 mL/100 bar.
