Blower device for air-conditioning of vehicle
An inner peripheral water entry reducing portion and an outer peripheral water entry reducing portion are provided. The inner peripheral water entry reducing portion includes an inner peripheral wall portion surrounding an output shaft. The outer peripheral water entry reducing portion includes an outer peripheral wall portion surrounding the inner peripheral wall portion. At least one inner peripheral opening of the inner peripheral water entry reducing portion and at least one outer peripheral opening of the outer peripheral water entry reducing portion are prevented from overlapping with each other in a circumferential direction of the output shaft.
Blower motor
A blower motor includes upper and lower bearings 21 and 22 which are respectively installed on a top and a bottom of a rotating shaft 10; a rotor 30 which is installed around the rotating shaft 10; a stator 40 which gives a magnetic field to the rotor 30 to help the rotor 30 rotate; a fan 50 which is inserted into the top of the rotating shaft 10 to rotate; and a lower housing 60 which supports the bottom of the rotating shaft 10.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER HAVING PHOTOCATALYST MODULE
The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner having a photocatalyst module, i.e., a two-layered flow air conditioner in which an inner flow path of the air conditioner is divided into an upper flow path and a lower flow path, the air conditioner providing an optimal design location and a mounting structure of a photocatalyst module which are capable of purifying both the upper flow path and the lower flow path by using a minimum number of photocatalyst modules.
ON-BOARD ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR
An on-board electric compressor that comprises: a housing; a compression unit; an electric motor; and an inverter device. The inverter device comprises: an inverter circuit that converts direct current power to alternating current power; and a noise reduction unit that is provided on an input side of the inverter circuit and that reduces common mode noise and normal mode noise that are included in the direct current power. The noise reduction unit comprises: a common mode choke coil; and a smoothing capacitor that, in cooperation with the common mode choke coil, constitutes a low pass filter circuit. The common mode choke coil has: a core that has a first core part and a second core part; a first winding that is wound around the first core part; and a second winding that is wound around the second core part.
Compressor module, air conditioning device for vehicle and compressor module manufacturing method
A compressor module, as a component of a refrigerant cycle device, is attached to a casing that houses a refrigeration cycle device. The compressor module includes a compressor that compresses refrigerant, a supporting member that supports the compressor, a vibration-reducing rubber body that is attached to the supporting member, ancillary equipment that is added to the compressor, a base supporting the supporting member via the vibration-reducing rubber body and supporting the ancillary equipment with a portion of the base other than the portion supporting the supporting member.
Air conditioning device for vehicle
An air conditioning device for a vehicle includes a seat air conditioning unit that blows out air from a front side of a seat and an interior air conditioning unit that blows out air whose temperature has been adjusted by a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger toward the vehicle interior space. The air conditioning device for a vehicle includes a first duct member for guiding the air flowing between the cooling heat exchanger and the heating heat exchanger in the interior air conditioning unit to the seat air conditioning unit. The air conditioning device for a vehicle further includes a second duct member for guiding the air higher in temperature than the air flowing between the cooling heat exchanger and the heating heat exchanger to the seat air conditioning unit.
Vehicular air conditioning system
An evaporator assembly, including an evaporator housing having a drain channel, and a joint duct connected to the evaporator housing to receive air from a blower, and to direct the air to the evaporator housing. The joint duct further includes an extension piece and an extension part shelf. The extension part shelf extends from the extension piece into the evaporator housing, and blocks the drain channel from the air flowing from the joint duct and into the evaporator housing.
Filter Element for an Air Filter of a Motor Vehicle and Air Filter
A filter element for an air filter of a motor vehicle includes a frame part which surrounds a filter material of the filter element. The filter element is insertable into a receiving space which is provided by a housing of the air filter. The filter element has a holding element which is movable from an initial position into a functional position by inserting the filter element in the receiving space. In the functional position, a fastening element can be fixed to the holding element. The fastening element is configured for securing a cover element, which is used to close an insertion opening of the receiving space, to the housing.
VEHICULAR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
A vehicular air conditioning unit includes an air-conditioning case and a blower. The blower includes a blower fan accommodated in the air-conditioning case and configured to rotate about a fan axis to cause the air to flow through the case passage, and a blower motor accommodated in the air-conditioning case and configured to rotate the blower fan. The air-conditioning case includes a case body having a case opening hole that is located outward of the blower in a radial direction of the fan axis and opens in the radial direction, and an opening hole cover fixed to the case body to close the case opening hole. The opening hole cover is detachable from the case body. The case opening hole has a size that allows the blower to pass through the case opening hole when the blower is taken out from the air-conditioning case.
VEHICULAR AIR CONDITIONER
A vehicular air conditioner includes a casing, a blower fan, and a heating heat exchanger that is disposed in the casing. The heating heat exchanger is disposed downstream of the blower fan. The blower fan is disposed to extend over a first outside air space, a second outside air space, a first inside air space, and a second inside air space. The rotational direction of the blower fan is set so that each of the plurality of blades of the blower fan passes through the first inside air space, the first outside air space, the second outside air space, and the second inside air space in this order when the plurality of blade are rotating.
