BREAKABLE PIN AND HOLDING STRUCTURE FOR IN-VEHICLE COMPONENT
The present disclosure provides a breakable pin for an in-vehicle component disposed on a vehicle body. The breakable pin includes a first portion, a second portion, and a breakable portion. The first portion is inserted into the in-vehicle component along a first direction and detachably connected to the in-vehicle component. The second portion is fixed to the vehicle body. The breakable portion is positioned between the first portion and the second portion. The breakable portion has a cross-section taken along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The cross-section of the breakable portion has an outer shape shape of rotational symmetry except a circular shape.
Dual axial fan with flexible airflow and bracket system
A flexible airflow system providing customizable components for mounting, directing airflow and/or modifying airflow. The system may include a dual fan apparatus for providing heated or cooled air which is compact fit within limited spaces. The dual fan apparatus includes two axial fans on opposing sides of a thermal exchange component which operate in coordination to move air in one direction at a time through the apparatus. The dual fan apparatus increases airflow and thermal transfer efficiency through the thermal exchange component. The system may also include a flexible bracket system and/or a flexible ventilation system to facilitate custom configurations for the airflow system.
Air-conditioning system for a vehicle
An air-conditioning system for a vehicle may include at least one of a condenser module including a condenser housing and a condenser, the condenser arranged in the condenser housing, and an air-conditioning module including an air-conditioning housing and an evaporator, the evaporator arranged in the air-conditioning housing. The air-conditioning system may also include a plastic support frame including a plurality of parts, the support frame configured to support at least one of the condenser module and the air-conditioning module, and to hold at least one of the condenser module and the air-conditioning module on a vehicle roof. The air-conditioning system may also include at least one detent housing connection. The air-conditioning system may also include at least one of at least one detent support connection and at least one plug-type support connection including a securing element.
VEHICLE AIR-CONDITIONING UNIT
A vehicle air-conditioning unit includes a seal compressing portion presses a sealing component against a partition wall that separates an interior and an exterior of a vehicle compartment. The seal compressing portion is positioned in the interior of the vehicle compartment and includes a tubing routing space through which inner tubing extends, and a drain space positioned below the tubing routing space to receive water drained from the tubing routing space. The drain space communicates with the exterior of the vehicle compartment via a through hole of the partition wall to discharge water from the drain space to the exterior of the vehicle compartment.
MOBILE AIR CONDITIONER
The present embodiments relate to an HVAC system which is externally mounted on a vertical surface of an RV, truck or bus. The desire is to eliminate, or at least substantially reduce, a potential leakage path wherein water may sit on an upper surface of a vehicle and due to seal degradation over long periods of time, may find a pathway in through the roof of the vehicle and to an interior thereof. By positioning the HVAC on a vertical surface, gravity works to move water downward and away from the HVAC system rather than allowing it to stagnate in an area around potential apertures through the outer skin or outer surface of the vehicle.
AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR INSTALLING ON A ROOF
Example embodiments relate to an air conditioning unit for installation on a roof, including a housing, an indoor air distributor, and two frame units. The two frame units are of identical design and each have a first side and a second side. In an installed state, the two frame units are arranged between the housing and the indoor air distributor and serve as an upper frame unit and a lower frame unit, respectively. The first sides face each other, the second side of the upper frame unit faces the housing, and the second side of the lower frame unit faces the indoor air distributor.
COMPRESSOR AND A MOUNTING APPARATUS FOR MOUNTING THE COMPRESSOR
A system includes a compressor and a mounting apparatus for mounting the compressor. The compressor is held exclusively by way of the mounting apparatus. The mounting apparatus includes two pendulum-type bearings and a hinged support.
AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioning device for a vehicle includes a seat air conditioning unit that blows out air from a front side of a seat and an interior air conditioning unit that blows out air whose temperature has been adjusted by a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger toward the vehicle interior space. The air conditioning device for a vehicle includes a first duct member for guiding the air flowing between the cooling heat exchanger and the heating heat exchanger in the interior air conditioning unit to the seat air conditioning unit. The air conditioning device for a vehicle further includes a second duct member for guiding the air higher in temperature than the air flowing between the cooling heat exchanger and the heating heat exchanger to the seat air conditioning unit.
Vehicle Air Conditioner
An air-conditioner, adapted to be fitted to a roof/wall of a vehicle, comprises: an external unit containing a compressor and at least one heat exchanger element and having air channels respectively for supplying conditioned air and for receiving return air through an opening in a roof or wall of the vehicle, the opening being either of two types of different sizes; a frame to be installed in the opening and between the external unit and the roof/wall and having locating elements, on each of two opposite sides of the frame, configured to locate the frame in the opening and to locate the frame in the external unit, wherein the frame is to be installed with the first side facing the roof or wall for the first type of opening and is to be installed with the first side facing the external unit for the second type of opening.
Compressing Snap Grommet
Disclosed is a grommet assembly for compressing a pliable component relative to a rigid component. The grommet assembly includes a flexible grommet and compression sleeve. The flexible grommet includes a grommet collar and a flared sidewall structure. The flared sidewall structure includes a plurality of fin elements and a plurality of gaps. The compression sleeve includes a sleeve collar and a vertical sidewall. The compression sleeve receives the flexible grommet and to compress it via the vertical sidewall.
