WORKING VEHICLE
A working vehicle, including: a driving unit into which a worker gets to perform driving, the driving unit being provided to a vehicle-body; a step on which the worker steps when getting in or out of the vehicle, the step being provided at an outer side of a floor of the driving unit with respect to a left-and-right direction of the vehicle-body; a fuel tank provided below the floor so as to be adjacent to the step; and a fuel tank supporting bracket which supports the fuel tank from below, wherein the step has an upper side step part, and a lower side step part, the upper side step part is attached to the floor, and the lower side step part is attached to the fuel tank supporting bracket.
FUEL SYSTEM MOUNTABLE TO A VEHICLE FRAME
A fuel system is provided that includes a fuel system frame and in some cases access steps. The frame can be mounted to a vehicle frame rail. Bracket assemblies can be coupled to the fuel system frame at a plurality of positions. The fuel tank can be mounted at neck portions thereof and can be supported on the frame rail between the neck portion, e.g., spaced a distance from the neck portions in a longitudinal direction of the fuel system. The access steps can be non-rectangular to provide a wide stepping portion even if the fuel system includes large tanks. The steps can be directly supported by an outside surface of the tank.
Integrated fill system and method
An integrated fill system is provided for a vehicle. The integrated fill system can include a receptacle, a cap that mates with the receptacle, and a fill line that is in fluid communication between the receptacle and a container. The integrated fill system can further include a valve between an opening on an end of the container and an end of the fill line to allow one-way fluid communication for entry of compressed material into the container. The integrated fill system can further include a draw line on an opposite end of the container to maintain separate lines for filling and drawing compressed material into/from the container.
ENERGY STORAGE COMPARTMENT
The present disclosure relates to an energy storage compartment connectable between a pair of longitudinally extending frame rails of a heavy-duty vehicle, the energy storage compartment being arranged to house an energy storage system configured to supply energy to a prime mover of the vehicle for propulsion of the prime mover, wherein the energy storage compartment comprises longitudinally extending portions forming an encircling load absorbing module, the longitudinally extending portions comprising a pair of longitudinally extending side wall portions connectable to the pair of longitudinally extending frame rails, a longitudinally extending floor portion and a longitudinally extending roof portion, wherein the longitudinally extending portions of the encircling load absorbing module are arranged and configured to, when being subject to a load from the longitudinally extending frame rails, absorb the transversal component of the load.
OVER THE WHEEL WELL LIQUID STORAGE TANK WITH ELECTRIC PUMPING SYSTEM
An over the wheel well tank for storing liquid in a bed of a truck includes a tank body having a main tank portion shaped to fit in an area adjacent a wheel well in the bed of a truck and an over a wheel well tank portion shaped to fit in an area above a wheel well in the bed of a truck. The main tank portion is shaped to fit in an area adjacent a proximal side of the wheel well or in an area adjacent a distal side of the wheel well. The storage tank may further include a pumping system to pump liquid from within the storage tank to a location external to the storage tank.
A POWERTRAIN FOR A VEHICLE AND A VEHICLE CONSISTING THE POWERTRAIN
The invention relates to a powertrain for a vehicle. The powertrain comprising: at least one propulsion unit; a transmission connected to the at least one propulsion unit; a propeller shaft connected to the transmission, and at least one drive shaft of a rear axle, which at least one drive shaft is connected to the propeller shaft, so that the propeller shaft extends between the transmission and the at least one drive shaft. The at least one propulsion unit is arranged in a position between the transmission and the rear axle in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The invention also relates to a vehicle.
Saddled vehicle
It is intended to enable a saddled vehicle, including an internal combustion engine supported by a lower part of a vehicle body frame, a fuel tank supported by an upper part of the vehicle body frame, a canister including an external air introducing pipe for introducing an external air, and a vehicle body cover covering the vehicle body frame, the internal combustion engine and the fuel tank, to efficiently discharge steam, released from the external air introducing pipe of the canister, to the outside of the vehicle. An external air introducing tubular pathway extends inside the vehicle body cover while continuing at one end thereof to the external air introducing pipe of the canister. An other end-side opened portion of the external air introducing tubular pathway is opened to the outside of the vehicle body cover while penetrating a through hole formed in the vehicle body cover.
FUEL SYSTEM MOUNTABLE TO A VEHICLE FRAME RAIL
A fuel system is provided that includes a fuel system frame and in some cases access steps. The frame can be mounted to a vehicle frame rail. Bracket assemblies can be coupled to the fuel system frame at a plurality of positions. The fuel tank can be mounted at neck portions thereof and can be supported on the frame rail between the neck portions, e.g., spaced a distance from the neck portions in a longitudinal direction of the fuel system. The access steps can be non-rectangular to provide a wide stepping portion even if the fuel system includes large tanks. The steps can be directly supported by an outside surface of the tank.
CONVEY MODULAR VEHICLE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF COUPLING
The present invention relates to a modular vehicle system and assembly thereof comprising a preassembled Body (Cabin Module) and a preassembled Chassis (Drive Module). More particularly, the present invention relates to the modular vehicle system allowing for the docking of a Cabin Module onto a Drive Module, and wherein Drive Modules can be seamlessly interchanged during the lifespan of the Cabin Module.
ALTERNATIVE FUEL SYSTEM
An apparatus and a method are provided for an alternative fuel system, comprising a plurality of fuel tank assemblies interconnected with fuel lines; the plurality of fuel tank assemblies comprising a CNG fuel tank and a fuel tank shield; wherein a first and second fuel tank assembly is disposed immediately in front of a rear wheel assembly, and a third fuel tank assembly is disposed immediately behind the rear wheel assembly.
