Disclosed is a urea tank and fuel tank assembly, which belongs to the field of automobile parts. The urea tank and fuel tank assembly includes a shell, wherein the shell includes an upper shell, a middle shell and a lower shell, the upper shell, the middle shell and the lower shell are welded separately to form a cavity including a fuel cavity. The urea tank and fuel tank assembly is welded after injection molding, so that not only is the shell uniform in wall thickness and high in mechanical strength, but also the welding stress is dispersed to the upper and lower ends of the shell by setting that the upper shell, the middle shell and the lower shell are welded separately, on the one hand, the stress concentration of the welded part of the shell is reduced and the cracking of the welded part is avoided.

STORAGE TANK FOR A VEHICLE FOR STORING FLUIDS
20240217335 · 2024-07-04 ·

The disclosure relates to a storage tank for a vehicle for storing fluids, including an inner envelope surface defining an inner volume for storing fluids, and at least one wall which is releasably attached to the inner envelope surface and defines a fluid barrier for fluid in the inner volume, wherein the inner envelope surface is cylinder-formed and wherein the at least one wall is associated with a radial plane of the cylinder-formed inner envelope surface, wherein the at least one wall is configured to be moved inside the inner volume to change a volume size of the inner volume and/or to change volume sizes of sub-volumes of the inner volume. The disclosure also relates to a vehicle.

Fluid Load Stabiliser
20190152377 · 2019-05-23 ·

A liquid tank including an internal network of cells. The cells are configured such that in use, movement of liquid between adjacent cells of the network of cells is prevented or retarded such that under conditions of liquid movement within the tank, kinetic energy transferred from the liquid to the tank wall is reduced as compared with the case where no cells are present. The tank is useful in the context of road tankers, for example, and can lessen the chance or completely prevent the vehicle from overturning on a corner due to shifting of the liquid load carried.

FUEL TANK

There is provided a fuel tank including: a fuel tank main body enclosed by a floor wall, side walls and an upper wall; and a separator including a strut, a first plate portion in which a first penetrating hole that penetrates in a plate thickness direction is formed, and a second plate portion in which a second penetrating hole that penetrates in a plate thickness direction is formed, the second plate portion sandwiching the strut with the first plate portion and extending in a diametric direction at an opposite side of the strut from a side thereof at which the first plate portion is disposed, wherein at least one of shapes, sizes or numbers of the first penetrating hole and the second penetrating hole is set to be different such that fluid resistances at the first plate portion and the second plate portion are different.
