Vehicle seat having a residual spring travel controller
A vehicle seat having a residual spring travel controller and an air spring, the residual spring travel controller and the air spring each having a first end that is connected to a first connecting link of the vehicle seat and each having a second end that is connected to a second connecting link of the vehicle seat, and the residual spring travel controller comprising a piston element that is connected to the first end of the residual spring travel controller and a rod element that is connected to the second end of the residual spring travel controller, it being possible to bring the piston element into contact with a valve element or a switch element by means of a rotary and/or sliding movement with respect to the rod element to adjust an amount of air of the air spring.
Rotary actuator driven vibration isolation
An active vibration isolation system for isolating a suspended platform from vibration input to the vibration isolation system base includes an exoskeleton, a rotary actuator, and a drive mechanism separate from the exoskeleton for providing force output from the rotary actuator to the suspended plant. The rotary actuator may include inner and outer rotors which rotate relative to each other. The rotary actuator may be free to translate relative to the vibration isolation system base and the suspended platform, and both the inner and outer rotors may be free to rotate relative to the exoskeleton.
AIR SUSPENSION APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE SEATS
An air suspension apparatus for vehicle seats includes an air shutter connected to a supply port of a control valve configured to supply air so as to adjust the opening degree of an inner air channel through which air supplied to the control valve passes.
Seat occupancy detection with acceleration signal
The invention relates to a system for seat occupancy detection, comprising a vehicle seat for a driver with an upper part and at least one suspension-damper system, wherein an acceleration sensor is arranged on the upper part and is designed to detect a characteristic of an acceleration of the upper part as a function of a time, an evaluation unit being provided which is designed to generate an evaluation of the characteristic of the acceleration and optionally to transmit a signal to a higher-level control unit, the evaluation unit also being designed to assign the evaluation to one of several states, wherein the states are selected from a group comprising an occupied state and an unoccupied state of the vehicle seat.
WHOLE BODY VIBRATION TRANSMISSION REDUCTION DEVICE
A vibration damping device for reducing transmissibility of an excitation frequency comprising: a top plate; a bottom plate secured to a base; a linkage arm arrangement coupled to the top plate and the bottom plate; at least one resilient member coupled to the top plate and the bottom plate; a load sensor for determining a mass of a load on the top plate; at least one accelerometer; a damper coupled to the linkage arm arrangement and the top plate, wherein the damper is controllable to modify stiffness of the device.
VEHICLE SEAT COMPRISING A RESTRAINT SYSTEM FOR THE ADJUSTMENT AND SUSPENSION DEVICE
A seat for a vehicle includes a seat cushion and an adjustment and suspension device having a base fixed to the frame and a supporting plate fixed to the seat cushion movable in translation relative to the base in a direction of elevation. The seat also has a restraint system that includes: at least one restraint member fixed to the frame, the restraint member defining at least one through opening extending along a main direction of elongation substantially parallel to the direction of elevation; and at least one restraint element fixed to the supporting plate, the through opening of the restraint member receiving the restraint element free in translation along the main direction of elongation.
Device for adjusting a seat position
The invention relates to a device for adjusting a seat position for a vehicle seat, wherein the device comprises at least one support element for a seat part and can be connected to a seat substructure, wherein the device comprises at least one first leg and at least one second leg, the legs being rotatably arranged on the seat substructure and the at least one support element, wherein a first angle α can be adjusted between the first leg and the support element by means of an angle adjustment device, wherein the at least one first leg and the at least one second leg are mechanically coupled, wherein a change of the angle α causes a displacement of the at least one support element along a height axis Z and along a longitudinal axis X.
Suspension system, preferably driver seat
The invention relates to a suspension system (1), preferably a driver seat (1), comprising a first suspension part (10), preferably a frame (10) of the driver seat (1); a second suspension part (11), preferably a seat surface (11) of the driver seat (1), wherein the two suspension parts (10, 11) are movable relative to each other in at least one first spatial direction (Z), preferably in the vertical direction (Z); a kinematic system (12), preferably a scissor kinematic system (12) which is designed to connect the two suspension parts (10, 11) in a movable manner relative to each other at least in the first spatial direction (Z); a suspension device (13) which is designed to support the static load of the second suspension part (11); and an actuator (2) which is designed to introduce a force bidirectionally between the two suspension parts (10, 11) and thereby actively damp the relative movement between the two suspension parts (10, 11).
