INTERIOR PART AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE INTERIOR PART
An interior part includes a base material and an outer skin material adhered to a front surface of the base material. The outer skin material includes a front surface formed with a stitch pattern of a thread inserted by engagement with a sewing needle to pass from a front surface of the outer skin material to a back surface of the base material to obliquely pass through the front surface of the base material, so that the thread forms a loop portion fixed on the back surface of the base material. The base material includes a seat surface for preventing slippage of the sewing needle on the front surface of the base material in a position where the thread of the stitch pattern is inserted.
CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH BLOWER CONNECTION ASSEMBLY INCLUDING A DISTRIBUTION MEMBER AND METHOD OF ATTACHMENT
A blower connection assembly comprising: (a) a distribution member; (b) a connection adapter connected to the distribution member; and (c) a blower that is connected to the distribution member via the connection adapter; and wherein a portion of a seat suspension extends between the connection adapter and the blower to support the connection adapter, the blower, and the distribution member.
CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH BLOWER ATTACHMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ATTACHMENT
A blower comprising: (a) a housing including: (i) one or more eyelets, and (ii) an inlet (b) one or more clips, wherein the one or more eyelets, one or more clips, or both assist in connecting the blower to a cushion of a seat, a ventilated trim bag, or both.
BACK BOARD ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE AND VEHICLE SEAT
A seat back (2) has a pad (4) with a side surface covered by a trim cover (5) and a rear surface covered by a back board (6). A back board attachment structure has a folding portion (5a1) with a trim back surface edge portion (5a) folded back to a pad side. A fastener (7a) includes an element (7a2) attached to the folding portion (5a1) to face the pad side. An edge portion (6a) of a folding portion (6a1) of the back board (6), to be the backrest surface side, is folded back to the pad side. A fastener (7b) includes an element (7b2) attached to the folding portion (6a1) to face the pad side. The fasteners (7a and 7b) are engageable in a state with the trim cover provided from the backrest surface side and the back board provided from the back surface side, with respect to the pad.
Method for producing an element having a cover, and such an element
A method produces an element (3), in particular a vehicle seat, having a seamless cover (2). The seamless cover (2) is optionally provided with a lamination (1). A molding (1.2) is applied and fastened to a surface side (1.1) of the lamination (1) facing away from the cover (2) or to a surface side (2.2) of the cover (2) that is not visible. The fastened molding (1.2) is connected to the cover (2) by bonding.
Cushion body
A cushion body includes a seat pad; and a seat cover covering a surface of the seat pad in a state in which a surface of the seat cover is bonded to the surface of the seat pad. The seat pad includes a drawing groove into which an intermediate part of the seat cover is drawn such that a surface of the intermediate part of the seat cover is bonded to the drawing groove; and a deformation promoting structure configured to promote bending of a vicinity portion in vicinity of the drawing groove so as to promote bending of one pad portion with respect to another pad portion in a direction in which a groove width of the drawing groove is increased, the one pad portion being separated from the other pad portion by the drawing groove.
Hot melt tape for velcro without sewing and method for manufacturing seat padding material for vehicles using the same
Disclosed are a hot melt tape for hook-and-loop fasteners without sewing which may be adhered at a low temperature and complete hardening of an adhesive resin in a short time and a method for manufacturing a seat padding material for vehicles using the same. The method includes preparing the padding material and a hook-and-loop fabric, preparing a hot melt tape having a hot melt resin layer by coating a surface of a release paper with a reactive hot melt resin having a melting point of 40-80 C. before reacting, adhering the hot melt tape to a surface of the padding material by applying heat of a temperature of 30-70 C. and pressure thereto, removing the release paper, adhering the hook-and-loop fabric to the exposed hot melt resin layer, and hardening the hot melt resin layer by cooling the padding material and the hook-and-loop fabric to a temperature of 0-20 C.
