Radio mount
A radio mount includes a front wall; a rear wall; a bottom wall extending between a lower edge of the front wall to a lower edge of the rear wall; a left wall extending between a left edge of the front wall to a left edge of the rear wall; and a right wall extending between the right edge of the front wall to a right edge of the rear wall. An upper edge of the left wall and an upper edge of the right wall has an arcuate shape sized to conform to a portion of a windshield frame of a vehicle. The front wall defines an opening sized to provide access to a radio mounted within the radio mount. The front wall and rear wall may be angled with respect to the bottom wall. The front wall defines a central portion and two lateral portions for receiving switches.
Accessory pocket with resilient arm
A vehicle accessory has an arm extending from a pocket. The arm preferably has sides which can flex and then push outwardly to assist in mechanical retention between seats of a vehicle to locate the pocket in front of a seat. The pocket may have at least three sides extending upwardly relative to a bottom, if not more, and accessory may be manufactured from a single planar sheet bent to shape.
COOLED MOBILE DEVICE MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
A system for cooling a mobile device within a vehicle is provided. The system includes mounting structure within the vehicle cabin, which can be a portion of the center console. The HVAC system of the vehicle provides forced air to the mobile device when the mobile device is mounted to the mounting structure. The system may include a supplemental passageway in which forced air will be provided toward a supplemental air outlet disposed adjacent the mounting structure. The mounting structure may include a movable flap that is biased to a closed position that blocks the flow of air out of the supplemental air outlet, and that moves to open the supplemental air outlet in response to mounting the mobile device. The mounting structure may include nubs on a base surface to space the device away from the base surface and allow air to flow around the mobile device.
FRAME FOR AUTO INTERIOR DISPLAY PANEL
An automotive display module can include a mounting bracket, a display panel, a cover substrate, and a frame member. The mounting bracket can be securable to a component of an automobile. The display panel can be coupled to the mounting bracket and the frame member can be connected to a back side of the cover substrate.
Vehicular display control system and non-transitory computer readable medium storing vehicular display control program
A vehicular display control system includes first and second displays disposed in a vehicle interior, a screen switching operation receiver, and a screen switching controller. The screen switching operation receiver is disposed at a position in the vehicle interior operable by a user while maintaining a driving posture, and receives a first screen switching operation and a second screen switching operation from the user. The screen switching controller performs a first screen switching control for switching a display of a content screen on the first display when the first screen switching operation is received and performs a second screen switching control for switching a display of a content screen on the second display when the second screen switching operation is received.
Display screen mounting assembly
A vehicle display screen mounting assembly includes an instrument panel and a display screen coupled to a casing. The casing includes a protrusion extending from a back surface of the casing towards the instrument panel. A bushing is positioned within a receiving channel defined by the protrusion. An attachment feature is coupled to the protrusion of the casing and is coupled to the instrumental panel via a bracket.
Trim element comprising a double sided functional element
A trim element having a functional element that includes a first outer surface and a second outer surface, opposite the first outer surface along a thickness direction of the functional element, the first outer surface having at least one display or control device relative to at least one function of the vehicle. The second outer surface includes a holder device for a nomadic electronic apparatus on the second outer surface.
Vehicle speaker system
The present invention encompasses systems and methods for mounting speakers in the front of a vehicle to address multiple issues that exist with audio systems currently on the market. More specifically, the present invention improves and optimizes the phase correct and time correct aspects of existing technologies.
DEVICE FOR RECEIVING A DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE
A device for receiving a display/operating panel and positioning the display/operating panel in a vehicle structure. The device may include at least one guide, that can bear on a corresponding receiver in the vehicle structure, characterized in that the guide includes both guide elements as well as deformation elements.
Fixing Assembly
A fixing assembly has a support element adapted to be fixed to a component of a vehicle, and a frame adapted to support an accessory in a fixed relative position and connected to the support element in a fixed position; the support element has two openings which are engaged by respective protruding pins of the frame so as to allow a rotation of the frame towards the support element during a mounting step in which the protruding pins are inserted in the openings; a snap fitting prevents the displacement of the frame at the end of the aforementioned rotation, and then blocking devices, of the screw type, secure the frame in a stable position; the snap fitting has an elastically deformable element which is snap-fitted to a retention shoulder and forms part of a portion made of polymeric or elastomeric material of one between the support element and the frame.
