Wire-tray-assembly with stud-mount inserts
A stud-mount insert configured to be releasably retained by a mounting-tab of a wire-tray assembly. The stud-mount insert includes a flange and a body configured to rotate about a longitudinal-axis of a mounting-stud. The flange is configured to overlay an aperture defined by the mounting-tab such that the mounting-stud extends through the aperture into the body. The flange is further configured to engage a top-surface of the mounting-tab proximate a perimeter of the aperture.

An assembly of an adjustment device of a motor vehicle includes a support plate, on which at least one guide rail is disposed. A flexible component is provided for guiding a cable which is connected or can be connected to the functionalized windowpane, in particular for conducting a current and/or for controlling the functionalized windowpane. TEST APPARATUS FOR WIRING HARNESS BODY CLIPS
A test apparatus detects the presence of a connector such as a body clip within a holder of a wiring harness assembly board and is configured to confirm at least one characteristic of the connector defined by a positional relationship between two features of the connector. The holder has a receiving section for receiving the connector, and first and second contact elements that are engaged by the first and second features of the connector when it is inserted in the holder. The first and second contact elements are operative to activate a signal generator. The first and second contact elements have a positional relationship corresponding to the desired characteristic of the connector and are configured such that the signal generator is only operated when the first and second contact elements are contacted simultaneously by the first and second features of the connector.

Embodiments of the application provide a fixing member, a battery, an electric device, a battery, and a method and system for manufacturing the battery. The fixing member according to an embodiment of the application is used for fixing a workpiece, and comprises a base for connecting an external pedestal; a top cover connected to the base, an accommodating groove for accommodating the workpiece being formed between the base and the top cover; a first elastic member arranged between the top wall and the bottom wall of the accommodating groove; and a second elastic member arranged between two inner side walls of the accommodating groove. The fixing member according to an embodiment of the application can reduce the shaking of the workpiece and improve the stability of the battery.

Assembly 18 for securing a bundle of electrical wiring 26 through a roof 12 of a vehicle and a roof rack 10 for supporting a load relative to the roof 12. The roof rack 10 includes an elongate member 14 configured to support the load, one or more mounting mechanisms 16 configured to mount the elongate member 14 to the roof 12, and the assembly 18. The assembly 18 includes a body 20 configured to be placed across a hole 22 defined in the roof 12, the body 20 defining a wiring aperture 24 extending through the body 20, electrical wiring 26 arranged through the wiring aperture 24 and fixed to the body 20, a securing mechanism 28 for releasably securing the body 20 to the roof 12, and a boot 30 configured to cover the body 20, connect to the elongate member 14, and carry the wiring 26 from the body 20 to the elongate member 14.

The utility raceway includes an interior defined between a first side, a second side, a third side opposite the first side, and a fourth side opposite the second side. The utility raceway also includes a plurality of internal utility cavities separated by at least one vertically-oriented flange extending between the first and third sides, a first living hinge formed between the first side and the second side, and a second living hinge formed between the second side and the third side. The first side is pivotable relative to the second side about the first living hinge and the third side is pivotable relative to the second side about the second living hinge.

A wire harness routing device includes a rail in which an insertion hole is formed, a slider that is inserted into the insertion hole and that slides with respect to the rail, and a wire harness that is routed in the insertion hole and moves in accordance with sliding of the slider, and an excess length portion of the wire harness that is generated in accordance with movement of the wire harness deforms in the insertion hole and is held in a state in which it is accommodated in the insertion hole.
