Electric wire fixing structure, electrical connection box, and wire harness
An electric wire fixing structure includes a first half hole part and a second half hole part formed by dividing an electric wire hole through which an electric wire is passed; an electric wire fixing part formed in a shape along the first half hole part when viewed in the axial direction of the electric wire hole, the electric wire fixing part extending from the first half hole part in the axial direction of the electric wire hole; and a fixing member wound around the electric wire and the electric wire fixing part together, so as to fix the electric wire to the electric wire fixing part.
TOTAL TASK VEHICLE
A total task vehicle (TTV) may operate indoors to move a variety of different types of materials and accomplish a variety of different types of tasks, using tools and accessories powered by/connected to the TTV. One or more high power density (HD) battery packs may provide both 240V DC to 380V DC and 120V AC power to propel the TTV and also to function as a generator for tools and accessories attached to the TTV. A high torque/high speed convertible drive system may allow the TTV to operate in a ride-on mode, a walk-behind mode, providing for flexibility and adaptability in use of the TTV.
Liquid discharge structure
A liquid discharge structure includes a bottom wall with a discharge opening for liquid, the liquid being collected inside a casing which is configured to be installed in a vehicle, a blocking wall disposed outside the bottom wall so that the blocking wall is overlapped with the discharge opening in a plan view on the bottom wall and opposed to the bottom wall with a gap, and a pair of vertical walls extending towards the bottom wall from the blocking wall in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, the pair of vertical walls being opposed to each other in a width direction of the vehicle, wherein the pair of vertical walls is configured to define a discharge path together with the bottom wall and the blocking wall, the discharge path being opened towards both of a front and rear side of the vehicle.
Managing recreational vehicles and accessories
A vehicle is electrically connected to one or more accessories. The vehicle includes at least one controller that may be configured to identify the accessory based on accessory identification information. The controller may also be configured to provide one or more commands to control an operation of the accessory.
HEAT DISSIPATION BOLT
A power distribution unit includes a fuse, a relay, a busbar, and a heat dissipation bolt. The fuse and the relay each have one terminal. The busbar is located between the fuse and the relay and connects to the two terminals. The heat dissipation bolt connects the busbar to a housing of the power distribution unit and includes two threaded bolts, one going through the busbar and the other going through the housing.
Space-efficient electrical junction box for vehicles
An electrical junction box is provided in which a wire that is drawn from a lower surface of an upper electric component block is accommodated with an excess length in an extensible tube capable of being extended and contracted in the length direction of the wire. In the extended state of the extensible tube, the upper electric component block can be separated from an upper surface of the lower electric component block by extending the excess length of the wire in the extensible tube. In the contracted state of the extensible tube, the extensible tube is accommodated between the upper electric component block and the lower electric component block in a state in which the wire meanders in the extensible tube and the excess length is absorbed.
Electrical connection box and wire harness
An electrical connection box includes: a frame accommodating electronic components; and a lower cover located below the frame and closing a lower opening. The frame includes double walls including a first outer wall and a first inner wall and formed along the lower opening. The lower cover includes: a second outer wall located between the first outer wall and the first inner wall in a placement state; and a second inner wall formed inside the second outer wall and along the second outer wall. The first inner wall includes: a body formed in such a manner that a lower end is located between the second outer wall and the second inner wall in the placement state; and a bulge protruding toward the first outer wall from an opposed surface, being opposite to the first outer wall, of the body.
Modular Electrical Distribution System for Vehicles
A modular electrical distribution system for an RV comprises a water-tight housing for mounting to the RV with a plurality of water-tight openings for receiving electrical cables or wires from a towing vehicle and/or auxiliary electrical devices. The system includes a power-in assembly, a trailer connection assembly and a breaker assembly that can be tailored to the particular electrical distribution needs of the RV. The trailer connection assembly includes a plurality of electrical terminals for engagement to wires connected to electrical components of the towing vehicle, such as brake lights, turn signal lights, etc. The breaker assembly includes a plurality of circuit breakers or fuses connected to the power-in assembly and to a plurality of corresponding output bars with output terminals to connect to the cables/wires for the auxiliary electrical devices. The system can include an auxiliary circuit for connection to an auxiliary power source, such as a solar panel array.
Electrical distribution system for personal water craft and recreational vehicles
An electrical distribution system for personal water craft and recreational vehicles. The primary components include a digital switching device; a series of power lines; and one or more remote controls, a control panel, or both. The digital switching device is preferably a bank of solid state relay switches controlled by an MCU. The control panel also has an MCU. The control panel MCU communicates with the digital switching device MCU. This allows signals from the control panel to travel on a single communication cable to the digital switching device, significantly reducing the control panel footprint compared to prior art control panels. When a radio frequency (RF) receiver is provided, the electrical distribution system may receive signals from a remote control. The remote control may be utilized in addition to or in lieu of the control panel. Power lines run from the digital switching device to wherever power is desired in the vessel. When used with a recreational vehicle having multiple motor driven accessories, the electrical circuitry to the various motors is structured in a daisy chain to permit the digital switching device to activate only one motor at a time and not permit more than one motor to be operating at any given time.
Electrical connection box
Provided is an electrical connection box that includes: a box main body having one surface on which a plurality of component mounting portions in which electrical components are to be mounted are provided; a cover member covering the one surface of the box main body; a lock mechanism including a locked portion provided on a peripheral wall portion of the box main body and an elastic lock portion provided in a cantilever shape on the cover member. The top wall portion of the cover member is made of a resin material with a greater thermal conductivity than the elastic lock portion provided on the peripheral wall portion of the cover member, whereas the elastic lock portion provided on the peripheral wall portion of the cover member is made of a resin material with a greater elasticity than the top wall portion of the cover member.
