MANAGING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND ACCESSORIES
A vehicle is electrically connected to one or more accessories. The vehicle includes at least one controller that may be configured to identify the accessory based on accessory identification information. The controller may also be configured to provide one or more commands to control an operation of the accessory.
POWER COMMUTATION MODULE
A power commutation module includes a printed circuit board, a first plate-shaped bus bar, and a first plurality of power switches each including a plurality of connection pins which are connected on the upper face of the printed circuit board and a metal base plate which is applied against the bus bar. The first plurality of power switches is mounted on the first bus bar. The power switches are generally aligned along a longitudinal edge of the first bus bar, in that said longitudinal edge of the first bus bar is arranged along a first longitudinal edge of the printed circuit board, and the portion of the first bus bar on which the power switches are mounted is arranged next to the printed circuit board.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
An electrical connection box includes: a casing that has an opening portion open upwardly, a recessed portion recessed downwardly from an upper edge portion of a side wall; and a slidable cover configured to close the recessed portion. A first thin portion is formed at a side edge portion of the recessed portion of the casing. A second thin portion is formed on the slidable cover. The first thin portion and the second thin portion overlap each other when the slidable cover is fitted into the recessed portion. The first thin portion is includes a chamfered portion where a boundary between an opening edge portion of the first thin portion and the side edge portion is chamfered. A contact portion is configured to be brought into contact with the chamfered portion.
Electric junction box and assembling method thereof
In an electric junction box, both first locking portions and second locking portions are provided in one accommodation portion. The first locking portions are capable of locking an FL holder when the FL holder is inserted from an upper opening toward a lower opening. The second locking portions are capable of locking an FL holder when the FL holder is inserted from the lower opening toward the upper opening. Accordingly, the FL holders can be inserted into the same accommodation portion from the upper opening and the lower opening.
Multiposition Ground/Earth Terminal Block for Electrical Receptacles
An electrical receptacle assembly comprising a housing defined by a first compartment and a second compartment removably securable to each other by means of fasteners. The first compartment has an operative sidewall defining a first opening and an operative base defining a second opening, wherein the first opening has hourly graduations with a corresponding first securing formation for each graduation on the operative front face of the sidewall facing the outside of the first compartment. A sleeve formation extends from the sidewall defining the first opening and surrounding the graduation. A terminal block configured to be securely fitted within the first opening. The terminal block has second securing formations complementary to the first securing formations on the first opening to enable the terminal block to be rotatably mounted in the first opening corresponding to a desired voltage rating.
INVERTER JUNCTION BOX
An inverter junction box is provided that includes a cover plate and a knockout pin. The cover plate is detachably connected with a top part of a casing; the knockout pin has one end that is detachably connected with a bottom part of the cover plate, and another end that can abut against a protection device on an inverter. One side of the casing has a connecting part that is connected with an external cable. A bottom part of the casing is a hollow structure and abuts against an incoming terminal of the inverter.
UTILITY VEHICLE POWER DISTRIBUTION MODULE
A utility vehicle power distribution module for a plurality of fuses on a first level and a second level of a multi-level housing. Each fuse may be installed between a pair of fuse connection terminals. One of each pair of fuse connection terminals may be connected to an electrical bus bar, and the other of each pair of fuse connection terminals connected to a cable extending through one of a plurality of cable entry and exit openings in an outside wall on a first side and a second side of the multi-level housing.
CIRCUIT UNIT
Disclosed is a circuit unit with a novel structure that can counter the heat generation by resistors while suppressing an increase in size and cost of the circuit unit. A circuit unit includes a wiring member, a lower case that holds the wiring member, an upper case that covers the lower case, and resistors connected to the wiring member, wherein the upper case include wall portions that surround peripheries of the resistors, and wherein, in a first orthogonal direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the resistors, the separation distance between intermediate portions in the longitudinal direction of the resistors and the wall portions of the upper case is greater than the separation distance between end portions in the longitudinal direction of the resistors and the wall portions of the upper case.
MODULAR FUEL CELL SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE AND HARNESS
Systems and methods are provided to modularizing a device. In various embodiments, the harness in provided that accommodates many different configurations of the modules. The harness may function as a single element that needs to be replaced and/or connected to accommodate different configurations of modules. The harness may be modular. In various embodiments, unused lines of the harness are capped. In various embodiments, the cap completes a circuit, so that the control system interprets the systems as functioning despite the unused line, whereas the control system may shutdown the system is the unused line is left uncapped. In various embodiments, the harness is used to send control signals to elements of parallel power systems that have high voltage systems that are electronically isolated from one another.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
An electrical junction box includes a body having an accommodation space, a first cover attached around a pivot shaft of the body to cover a part of the accommodation space, a second cover attached to the body to cover another part of the accommodation space and a conductor portion to transmit electric power. The first cover includes an interfering portion to move around the pivot shaft in accordance with pivoting of the first cover when the first cover is being opened or closed. The second cover includes an interfered portion to be arranged on a movement locus of the interfering portion when the second cover is closed, and not arranged on the movement locus when the second cover is opened. The conductor portion includes a portion arranged in the part of the accommodation space and to be isolated from the outside by the first cover.
