ELECTRIC DRIVE WITH HYDRAULIC MOUNTING INTERFACE
20210388825 · 2021-12-16 ·

An electric drive assembly for operation with a component of a work vehicle having an SAE standard hydraulic pump/motor mount includes an electric machine having a shaft and a mounting flange. An adapter housing defines an interior space between a component mounting flange and an electric machine mounting flange. The electric machine mounting flange is sized and configured to mate with the mounting flange of the electric machine. The component mounting flange has a bolt hole pattern and a mounting pad each of a complementary size and configuration to that of the SAE standard hydraulic pump/motor mount. A gear set at least in part disposed in the interior space of the adapter housing is configured to effect a gear ratio change and transfer power between the shaft of the electric machine and a drive shaft.

A drive assembly for a work vehicle includes a drive housing including a first housing element forming a reaction member; a drive shaft; a planetary gear set coupled to the drive shaft and configured to selectively rotate an output element in the first rotation direction and in the second rotation direction; a first clutch arrangement including a first clutch ring and a second clutch ring; and a second clutch arrangement to interface with the planetary gear set to selectively effect a second rotation speed of the output element in the first rotation direction and in the second rotation direction. The first clutch ring is configured to effect a first rotation speed of the output element in the second rotation direction and the second clutch ring is configured to effect the first rotation speed of the output element in the first rotation direction.

Transmission and work vehicle

A transmission includes an input shaft, an output shaft, a first planetary gear mechanism, a second planetary gear mechanism, and a first variable device. The first planetary gear mechanism includes a first carrier connected to the input shaft, a first planetary gear connected to the first carrier, a first sun gear connected to the first planetary gear, and a ring gear connected to the first planetary gear. The second planetary gear mechanism includes a second sun gear connected to the first carrier, a second planetary gear connected to the second sun gear, and a second ring gear connected to the second planetary gear and connected to the first ring gear. The first variable device is connected to the first ring gear and the second ring gear to continuously change a speed ratio of the output shaft to the input shaft.

Self-propelled work machine

A self-propelled work machine, in particular a tracked vehicle, such as a bulldozer, having a traction drive comprising at least one electric motor for driving at least one chassis wheel, in particular a chain wheel or a sprocket. The motor axis of rotation of the electric motor is arranged displaced and/or angled with respect to the wheel axis of rotation of the chassis wheel to be driven by the electric motor.

Display integrated into door

Disclosed embodiments include power machines having doors with a display that allows the display of information, such as gauges, user inputs, mapped obstacles, boundaries, etc., allowing the operator of the machine to see the displayed information closer to the line of sight with the work area.

Work vehicle including a display controller with split screen applications

A work vehicle including a touch screen display, a work implement movably coupled to a frame, and a control module having a processor and a memory wherein the processor is configured to execute stored program instructions to display a graphical user interface having selectable application icons on one or more overlays. One of the overlays covers a first portion of the display field and a second portion of the display field displays an application selected by one of the selectable application icons. Selection of a split screen icon displays a second overlay on a second portion of the display field.

MULTI-IDLER SINGLE CHAIN DRIVE
20220145969 · 2022-05-12 ·

A single chain drive is disclosed that includes a drive sprocket, a drive motor, idler sprockets, front and rear axle sprockets, and a single chain. The drive motor rotates the drive sprocket, which rotates the idler sprockets, which rotate the single chain, which rotates the front and rear axle sprockets. The drive sprocket can be a lantern gear with covers, and pins that connect the cover, and the idler sprockets can have teeth that mesh with the pins between the covers of the drive sprocket. A drive shaft can couple the drive motor and drive sprocket, and an integrated parking brake can prevent rotation of the drive shaft when engaged. A chain case with lubricant can enclose the drive sprocket, idler sprockets, chain, and axle sprockets. The drive sprocket, idler sprockets and axle sprockets can be sized to provide a desired gear reduction.

An HST circuit has a hydraulic pump that converts a drive force of an engine into energy of oil, and a hydraulic motor that converts the energy of the oil converted by the hydraulic pump into drive energy. Pressure sensors detect a pressure of the oil within the HST circuit. A variable charge pump replenishes the oil into the HST circuit. A controller controls a capacity of the variable charge pump based on the pressure of the oil within the HST circuit detected by the pressure sensors.
