METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESS-FORMED PRODUCT, PRESS FORMING DIE, AND PRESS-FORMED PRODUCT
A press-formed product is manufactured by press-forming a blank material into an intermediate shape, and further press-forming the blank material from the intermediate shape into the press-formed product having a target shape. A product portion of the target shape includes a first ridge line portion and a second ridge line portion each having a radius of curvature of 20 mm or smaller and a bending angle of 130 degrees or larger. The product portion of the intermediate shape has a curved shape having a radius of curvature of 100 mm or larger or a linear shape in a specific cross section. A height of an excess thickness portion of the intermediate shape is higher than 10 mm with respect to a peripheral portion and lower than a height of the excess thickness portion of the target shape.
WEATHER SHIELD FOR AN ENGINE BAY OF A VEHICLE
A weather shield for covering an engine bay of a vehicle, such as a C8 corvette. The weather shield protects the engine and other components in the engine bay from water and sunlight. The shape of the weather shield allows water coming from rain or car wash to channel to drain holes in the engine bay.

Hood and tractor equipped with hood
A hood of a tractor including a front grill, a light unit, and an upper cover is provided with a center pillar. The front grill is attached to the center pillar, the light unit is attached to the front grill, and the upper cover is supported by the center pillar. The hood is further provided with a side frame and a lower cover, where the side frame is attached to the center pillar, and the lower cover is attached to at least the upper cover and the side frame.

HOOD STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE
A hood structure for a vehicle ensures rigidity of a front portion of an outer panel and a high level of pedestrian protection. The hood structure includes an outer panel defining external appearance; an inner panel on a prime mover chamber side of the outer panel; and a stiffener in a front portion of the inner panel. The inner panel has an upper surface section on a center side of the outer panel; a coupling surface section extending downward from a ridgeline located at a peripheral edge of the upper surface section; and a lower surface section extending from a peripheral edge end of the coupling surface section to an edge side of the outer panel. The stiffener has a reinforcing surface section joined to the outer panel; and a rear-side fixed section extending rearward from the reinforcing surface section and fixed to the vicinity of the ridgeline.

HOOD LIFTING MECHANISM, VEHICLE COMPRISING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MOVING A HOOD
A hood lifting mechanism for a vehicle having a frunk, including: at least one lifting means configured to lift a hood, and a deformable material configured to be attached to an inner surface of the hood, wherein the deformable material is configured to switch from a first position (P1) in which the deformable material is either flat or forms a dome being directed towards the inner surface of the hood into a second position (P2) in which the deformable material forms a dome being directed towards the frunk when the at least one lifting means is activated. Further, the present disclosure relates to a vehicle including such lifting mechanism and to a method for moving a hood of a vehicle.

Enclosed volume sandwich hood
A hood assembly for a vehicle comprises an outer panel, an inner panel disposed inwardly of the outer panel and defining a lower, sealing surface, a crush volume defined between the outer panel and the inner panel; and a bridging member disposed within the crush volume and configured to extend supportively between the outer panel and the inner panel. The bridging member comprises a support surface that is in supportive contact with the outer panel and support members that extend from the support surface toward the inner panel for structural support of the hood assembly.
