MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
A mobile photography studio for photographing objects. The studio has a main trailer body having an internal volume defined by a roof, a floor, a front wall, a rear wall, and two side walls. A control computer controls an expansion of the sidewalls of the trailer, and optionally the roof, to expand the internal volume of the trailer. A turntable, which is disposed on the trailer floor supports and rotates the object based on commands from the control computer. At least one camera takes photographs of the object on the turntable based on commands from a camera control computer. A plurality of lights illuminate the object on the turntable based on commands from the control computer. The camera control computer controls the camera(s), and stores and processes the photographs.
CANTILEVER EXTENSION FOR A TRAILER ASSEMBLY
A cantilever extension for a primary trailer is provided. The primary trailer includes a frame that extends from a hitch end to a rear end, and a primary trailer deck coupled to the primary trailer frame. The cantilever extension includes a cantilever deck. The cantilever extension is rotatably coupled to the primary trailer frame proximate to the rear end, and the cantilever extension is rotatable between a stow position, wherein the cantilever deck is oriented in a substantially face-to-face relationship with the primary trailer deck, and a deployed position, wherein the cantilever deck is oriented substantially co-planar with, and aft of, the primary trailer deck. The cantilever extension in the deployed position is supported solely via coupling to the primary trailer.
Towing systems
A portable towing system for a motorcycle or similar vehicle, such as a trike, the frame of which can be lowered to ground level to facilitate loading of the motorcycle or similar vehicle by pushing or riding the vehicle onto the frame without risk of the vehicle falling off the sides of a steeply inclined ramp. The towing system may be assembled, raised, lowered, and disassembled by a single person, if desired. The raising and lowering of the frame is effected by a lifting and lowering mechanism connected with the wheel assemblies.
Container carrier
A container carrier (1) comprises an elongate main frame (2). The main frame (2) comprises an articulating lifting apparatus (3). The carrier (1) further comprises a second elongate frame (10) slidably connected to the main frame (2) arranged such that one of the frames is slidably arranged within the other frame in the longitudinal direction. The relative position of the two frames (2, 10) is changeable between a retracted position and an extracted position.
The towing system also comprises a cargo box to store the frame when disassembled. The raising and lowering of the frame is effected by a lifting and lowering mechanism connected with the wheel assemblies, and at least three heights of the frame are achieved by rotation of the lifting and lowering mechanism of the wheel assemblies. The cargo box and the frame can use the wheel assemblies interchangeably.
EXTENDABLE TRAILER FOR FREIGHT CONTAINERS
A trailer for transporting a container has a frame mountable to a vehicle. The frame has a rear frame section mountable above a rear wheel assembly of the trailer, and a front frame section connected to and disposed forward of the rear frame section in a forward direction of travel of the vehicle. The front frame section has a king pin mountable to a hitch of the vehicle and a forward-most end. The forward-most end is moveable relative to the kingpin in a direction parallel to the forward direction of travel to extend and shorten a length of the front frame section between a fully-lengthened configuration and a fully-shortened configuration.
Double Stretch Trailer
Disclosed is a trailer including a bed portion. The bed portion includes a deck, a front extension, and a rear extension. The deck has a first end and a second end. The front extension is slideably engaged with the first end of the deck, and the rear extension is slideably engaged with the second end of the deck. The trailer is a double stretch trailer that is extendable from both ends of the deck. A towing system including a cab and the trailer is also disclosed.
CONVERTIBLE TRAILER FOR PACKAGED GOODS AND DRY BULK MATERIAL
A simple and lightweight solution that provides shippers of dry bulk material an apparatus that facilitates the efficiencies of backhaul pricing in the form of a trailer that is convertible from a configuration used with dry bulk material in an efficient manner (i.e., sealed to outside exposure, food safe, easily cleaned, etc.) to a configuration used with packaged goods as efficiently as a standard van trailer (i.e., must allow forklifts to load palletized and packaged goods for conventional loading and unloading at conventional warehouses with conventional loading docks).
Vehicle system and method for cargo transloading
A vehicle according to a vehicle system and method includes a chassis, a coupler, and a platform on the chassis. The coupler is mounted to the chassis at a first end of the chassis and is configured to releasably connect the vehicle to a second vehicle. The platform is for supporting a cargo container and includes a base portion and a bridge member. The bridge member is located at an end of the platform and is extendable relative to the base portion from a retracted position to an extended position to lengthen the platform. The bridge member in the extended position projects beyond the first end of the chassis, above the coupler, towards the second vehicle for establishing a bridge to transload the cargo container from the platform to the second vehicle.
