The assembly has a substrate, having a power semiconductor element, and an adhesion layer disposed therebetween, wherein the substrate has a first surface that faces a power semiconductor element, a power semiconductor element has a third surface that faces the substrate, the adhesion layer has a second surface which, preferably across the full area, contacts the third surface and has a first consistent surface contour having a first roughness, and wherein a fourth surface of the power semiconductor element that is opposite the third surface has a second surface contour having a second roughness, said second surface contour following the first surface contour.
Tapered end containers
A container includes a base panel. An opposed pair of end panels extends from the base panel at opposite ends of the base panel. A front panel extends from the base panel and extends from a first one of the end panels to a second one of the end panels. A back panel extends from the base panel and extends from the first one of the end panels to the second one of the end panels. The end panels taper so top edges of the front and back panels are either longer or shorter than bottom edges of the front and back panels. Each end panel includes a plurality of overlapping end flaps adhered to one another. The end flaps of each of the end panels are connected to a respective one of the base panel and each of the front and back panel at respective fold lines.

A self folding box with a carrier for packing of pizza, as well as a tool for forming the box, comprises a box (A) with a lower part (1) of the box and a cover (2) of the box, wherein on a bottom (1.1) of the lower part (1) of the box is placed a carrier (4) for two slices of pizza quarter. Lateral sides (1.2, 2.2), auxiliary sides (1.8, 2.8) and an opposite side (1.5, 2.5) are made around bottom (1.1, 2.1) both of the lower part (1) and the cover (2) of the box (A). The lateral sides (1.1, 2.1) and the auxiliary sides (1.8, 2.8) are mutually connected and locked by means of tongues (1.3) entering slots (1.10). The opposite side (1.5, 2.5) is locked in a slot (1.7) in the bottom (1.1, 2.1) by means of a tongue (1.6). The carrier (4) comprises two pads (3) for one slice of pizza quarter, which are superposed one on another, so that the tongues (3.3, 3.4, 3.6) of the sides (3.2) of the upped pad (3) enclose from outside the sides (3.2) of the lower pad (3), while the trapezoidal tongues (3.5) of the lower pad (3) enter the openings (3.7) of the upper pad (3). An auxiliary tongue (3.9) of the lower auxiliary carrier (3.8) encloses from outside the upper auxiliary carrier (3.8). The pad (3) for two slices of pizza quarter is formed by manual folding the cardboard formed unfolded blank (F) along the folding lines (3.21, 3.81, 3.91). Forming the box (A), i.e. both the lower part (1) and the cover (2) thereof is carried out in the same tool (9) that comprises a tool holder (9.1), on which is attached a tool bottom (9.2) with the sides (9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6) for forming the box. There is also a variant of the invention defined by the box (A1).
Blank and methods of constructing a container from the blank
A blank of foldable sheet material is provided. The blank includes a bottom panel, a first bottom side panel and a second opposing bottom side panel extending from opposing side edges of the bottom panel, and a front panel extending from a front edge of the bottom panel. The front panel includes opposing side edges. The blank also includes a first and a second diagonal panel extending from a front edge of the first and second bottom side panels, respectively, and a third and a fourth diagonal panel extending from each side edge of the front panel. The third and fourth diagonal panels have a length greater than a length of the first and second diagonal panels. The blank includes a first and a second corner panel, wherein the first corner panel is hingedly connected to the first and third diagonal panels and the second corner panel is hingedly connected to the second and fourth diagonal panels.
METHOD OF FORMING CONTAINERS HAVING TOP FLANGE WITH GLUED CORNERS, SAME CONTAINERS, AND BLANKS FOR FORMING SAME
A method of forming a container from a blank includes applying an adhesive to an interior surface of side flange tabs of the blank, rotating the end panels of the blank inwardly towards a bottom panel, rotating side panels of the blank inwardly towards the bottom panel, and rotating the side flange panels of the blank outwardly into a parallel orientation to the bottom panel. The method further includes, after rotating the side flange panels, rotating end flange panels into a parallel orientation to the bottom panel and coupling the end flange tabs to the side flange tabs to form the container having a fully formed top flange.
BLANK AND METHODS OF CONSTRUCTING A CONTAINER FROM THE BLANK
A blank of foldable sheet material is provided. The blank includes a bottom panel, a first bottom side panel and a second opposing bottom side panel extending from opposing side edges of the bottom panel, and a front panel extending from a front edge of the bottom panel. The front panel includes opposing side edges. The blank also includes a first and a second diagonal panel extending from a front edge of the first and second bottom side panels, respectively, and a third and a fourth diagonal panel extending from each side edge of the front panel. The third and fourth diagonal panels have a length greater than a length of the first and second diagonal panels. The blank includes a first and a second corner panel, wherein the first corner panel is hingedly connected to the first and third diagonal panels and the second corner panel is hingedly connected to the second and fourth diagonal panels.

A self folding polygonal impermeable food box and a tool for its forming. The box is made from cardboard coated on its inside with PET film or foil. The box has a bottom, six lateral sides, two lateral sides and eight corner sides which are partially transparent and directed towards the inside of the box . The box is covered by a cover so that the sides of the cover rest on the outer surfaces of the lateral sides and seal the box. There is also a second variant of the box. The tool for forming the box, which is preferably made from stainless steel, has a bottom, six guides and two guides, which form the six lateral sides and the two lateral sides of the box.

A blank of foldable sheet material for forming a container is provided. The blank includes a top panel, a front tuck flap extending from a front edge of the top panel, and a top side panel extending from a side edge of the top panel. The blank also includes a bottom panel, a front panel extending from a front edge of the bottom panel, and a corner portion. The corner portion includes a minor diagonal panel extending and a major diagonal panel. The corner portion also includes a corner panel hingedly connected to the minor and major diagonal panels. The front panel is configured to engage the front tuck flap to at least partially define a first releasably secure closure of the container, and the top side panel includes a front edge configured to engage the minor diagonal panel to at least partially define a second releasably secure closure of the container.
LINED PAPER-BASED CONTAINER
A container including a paper-based cradle, a paper-based insert, and a thermoplastic film. The cradle has exterior corner panels that form a transition between the exterior end panels and exterior side panels. The cradle and insert are held together by the thermoplastic film that is thermoformed into conformance with the cradle and insert. The exterior corner panels at the junctures between the exterior end panels and exterior side panel can reduce the potential for defects in the thermoformed thermoplastic film.
