LINED PAPER-BASED CONTAINER
A container including a paper-based cradle, a paper-based insert, and a thermoplastic film. The cradle has exterior corner panels that form a transition between the exterior end panels and exterior side panels. The cradle and insert are held together by the thermoplastic film that is thermoformed into conformance with the cradle and insert. The exterior corner panels at the junctures between the exterior end panels and exterior side panel can reduce the potential for defects in the thermoformed thermoplastic film.
Aerodynamic Tote Package
An example tote package is disclosed for carrying a load external to a UAV. The tote package may be generated by folding a sheet of material. The sheet may include a middle section, a first side section, and a second side section. When the sheet is folded, the middle section may create a bottom portion of the tote package. Additionally, the first side section may create a first side portion tapering up from the edge of the bottom portion to the middle of the top portion of the tote package. Furthermore, the second side section may create a second side portion tapering up from the opposite edge to the middle of the top portion. At the top portion, the first and second sections may connect to create a handle. The first side, second side, and middle sections may be folded to create front and back portions of the tote package.
Insulated packaging liner
An insulated packaging assembly can include a box and a liner including a plurality of sides and a bottom and arranged within the box, the liner including at least one separation feature connected to at least one side of the liner, wherein each separation feature is arranged between one side of the liner and the box such that the side of the liner is arranged an insulation distance from the box.
Carton for articles
A carton for containing plurality of articles. The carton can comprise a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise a side panel. A plurality of end flaps can be respectively foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels. The plurality of end flaps can at least partially form a closed end of the carton, and the plurality of end flaps can comprise a side end flap. A bevel panel can extend along a corner of the carton so that the side end flap is at least partially connected to the side panel by the bevel panel. The bevel panel can comprise features that are shaped and located at the corner according to geometric aspects of one or more articles of the plurality of articles.
Container With Liner
A container for holding one or more articles. The container can comprise at least a bottom wall and a sidewall extending along an interior of the container, a flange extending outwardly from the sidewall, and a storage feature extending from the flange and spaced apart from the sidewall. The storage feature can be for at least partially holding one or more items.
INSULATED PACKAGING LINER
An insulated packaging assembly can include a box having a plurality of sides and a bottom; a liner having a plurality of sides defined by a plurality of end panels; and at least one separation feature connected to the side of the liner between the side of the liner and the corresponding side of the box; wherein each end of each end panel defines a protrusion tab, and a first separation feature of the at least one separation feature can include a protrusion tab of one of the end panels extending beyond an outer surface of an adjacent end panel.
Stackable product package and method of manufacturing the same as well as product package blank
The invention relates to a stackable product package, a method of manufacturing the same and a product package blank. The stackable product package comprises a body part (2) provided with a bottom (3), and with walls (2a, 2b, 2c) in connection with the bottom (3), as well as with rim members (4a) folded outwards along folding lines (4e), at the top edge of the walls, and constituting a substantially planar rim portion (4), the body part (2) enclosing a receiving space for the product to be packed. At the lateral edges of each intermediate wall (2c) of the body part (1), and in proximity to a folding line (2e), bracket members (2f, 2g) are provided to keep the product packages (1), when nested, spaced apart.
Produce trays with reinforced tabs
In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, a blank for forming a container includes a base having a first pair of opposed base edges and a second pair of opposed base edges. The blank includes two first side wall structures, each first side wall structure foldably attached to one of the first base edges and two second side wall structures, each second side wall structure foldably attached to one of the second base edges.
Cardboard Tray
A cardboard tray may include a bottom wall part; arranged along the circumference of the bottom wall part, a number of upstanding side wall parts alternated with the same number of upstanding corner wall parts; a circumferential flange composed out of abutting circumferential flange parts, each circumferential flange part being arranged, along a fold line, to the upper edge of one of the upstanding side wall parts; strengthening flange parts arranged, along a fold line, to the upper edge of each upstanding corner wall part, wherein a strengthening flange part is adhered to both circumferential flange parts of the adjacent side wall parts; wherein the circumferential flange has a sealing zone, which extends along the circumferential flange and which spans at least part of the width of said circumferential flange, and wherein the strengthening flange parts at least partially overlap with the sealing zone, when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the sealing zone.
