A folding box having a lower part and a hinged lid positionable relative to the lower part to a closed position of the folding box. The lower part having a bottom wall, a plurality of side walls, and a plurality of dust flaps. At least one of the plurality of side walls has an upper edge comprising a free edge and is arranged between two adjacent side walls having an upper edge foldably connected to a dust flap. The hinged lid has a top wall foldably connected to one of the plurality of side walls and at least one insertion tab. The at least one insertion tab is for insertion into a gap between that at least one of the plurality of side walls with the free edge and the dust flaps of the two adjacent side walls when the hinged lid is in the closed position.

A volume-adjustable package box is a device that can be easily reduced to retain a smaller amount of products. The device includes a foldable piece of boxing material designed to be easily assembled to retain an amount of product. The foldable piece of boxing material also enables the removal of sections of the boxing material to form a smaller package box. The foldable piece of boxing material includes a backing pair of folding lines, a cutaway pair of perforated lines, and a secondary lengthwise-tab-defining folding line. The backing pair of folding lines indicate where the foldable piece of boxing material can be folded to form the backing of the package box. The cutaway pair of perforated lines facilitate the removal of boxing material to reduce the size of the package box. The secondary lengthwise-tab-defining folding line enables the folding of a secondary lengthwise tab for the reduced package box.

A tray for holding food products includes an upper construct having a rim panel and a plurality of side panels foldably connected to the rim panel, a lower construct having a bottom panel, a plurality of lower side panels, a plurality of support panels, and a plurality of upper side panels, the plurality of support panels forming a support in the interior of the tray, the plurality of upper side panels of the lower construct extend at least partially around an upper compartment in the interior of the tray and the plurality of lower side panels of the lower construct extend at least partially around a lower compartment in the interior of the tray, and divider features for at least partially separating the upper compartment from the lower compartment in the interior of the tray, the divider features including the support arranged for at least partially supporting a divider.

An insulated packaging assembly can include a box having a plurality of sides and a bottom; a liner defining an interior cavity and having a plurality of sides defined by a plurality of end panels; a liner top positioned within the interior cavity of the liner; and at least one separation feature connected to the side of the liner between the side of the liner and the corresponding side of the box; wherein each end of each end panel defines a protrusion tab, and a first separation feature of the at least one separation feature can include a protrusion tab of one of the end panels extending beyond an outer surface of an adjacent end panel.

A container for holding one or more articles includes an upper crown, the upper crown having a flange panel extending at least partially around an opening and a plurality of flaps foldably connected to the flange panel, the flange panel at least partially forming a flange of the container, a base construct, the base construct including a bottom panel and a plurality of panels foldably connected to the bottom panel, the plurality of flaps of the upper crown and the plurality of bottom panels of the base construct forming a sidewall extending at least partially around an interior of the container, and divider structures including a plurality of divider panels foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels of the base construct and forming the divider structures, the divider structures at least partially forming respective portions of the sidewall extending into the interior of the container.

The divider construct is at least partially received within the cavity such that the base panel is in face-to-face contact with the bottom panel and the divider panel extends into the cavity.

A tray for holding one or more articles may include an upper construct having a plurality of upper panels, which include a flange panel extending at least partially around an opening and at least partially forming a flange of the tray. A lower construct may include a plurality of lower panels, the plurality of lower panels including a bottom panel at least partially forming a bottom wall of the tray and a plurality of lower side panels at least partially forming a sidewall around an interior of the tray. Stacking features may be defined along the flange of the tray and extend into the opening to support another tray thereon. Methods of forming the tray and combinations of blanks for forming the tray are also disclosed.
