The Invention constitutes a device for treatment or analysis of the liquid inside a container, comprising: an universal connector having a first part for affixment to a portion of the container and a second part extending from the first part and made integral therewith; and, an active element for affixment to the second part of the universal connector and extending from the second part into an interior storage area of the container, and the active element affecting the characteristics of the liquid or measuring attributes of the liquid.

Various embodiments of systems/methods relating to mixing of a plurality of substances are disclosed. Applications in medicine and in the pharmaceutical industry may be based on one or more of the systems/methods disclosed herein, providing mixing of first and second substances, as necessary, only a short time prior to dispensing thereof and/or in accordance with predetermined amounts of the first and second substances. Applications in the beverage industry may also be based upon various systems/methods disclosed herein, providing alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic mixing of a plurality of substances, as desired, a short time prior to dispensing and consuming and/or in accordance with precisely measured predetermined amounts, maximizing taste and enjoyment for the consumer.

A system for packaging two components which includes a first container, which is intended for accommodating a first component and has a lid. The system further includes a second container for accommodating a second component, wherein the second container is arranged in a volume of the first container. The system further includes a mixing head, which seals the second container in relation to the first container.

A filling assembly (12), comprising: a container (14) for storing a first fluid composition (38), a pipette (54) removably inserted in the container through an opening (22); and a plug (110) removably to a dispensing end (66) of the pipette, defining an inner compartment (112) isolated from the first fluid composition. An assembly including a container having a first end and an opposing second end. The assembly also includes a housing for removably receiving a cartridge of the type including a substance storage compartment for storing a substance therein. The housing is connectable to the second end of the container. When connected to the container, the housing is movable relative to the container. A cartridge pump according to the present invention includes: a housing unit connected to a container; a head unit rotatably provided in the housing unit; a storage unit provided in the head unit and having a storage space in which contents are stored; and a mixing operator configured to lead the contents in the storage unit into the container in cooperation with an operation of the head unit.
