A rail fastening system fastens a rail of a vertically movable elevator system car has a first clamp connected to a holding structure, and a second clamp connected to the rail. The first clamp has a laterally extending first central part connectable to the holding structure and the second clamp has a laterally extending second central part connectable to the rail. Each clamp has two tabs attached in the lateral direction at opposite ends of the respective central part. A first tab of the first clamp can be connected to one of tabs of the second clamp on a first contact surface, and a second tab of the first clamp can be connected to the other of the tabs of the second clamp on a second contact surface. A first plane runs through the first contact surface and intersects with a second plane that runs through the second contact surface.

WALL SECURING ASSEMBLY FOR SECURING AN ELEVATOR COMPONENT

A wall securing assembly is integrated into an elevator shaft wall for securing a guide rail to the wall. The wall has a first concrete region that is reinforced with reinforcements and a second concrete region that is not reinforced. The second region covers the first region and has a surface that is exposed to the surroundings. The securing assembly has an elongated profile of C-shaped cross-section embedded solely into the second region and oriented in the vertical direction of the wall. Since tensile forces acting on a guide rail in an elevator shaft are very low, it is acceptable to secure the guide rail to the profile that is cast into the second region covering the reinforcement. The profile is anchor element-free and can be arranged in the wall vertically whereby guide rail holding consoles can be secured to the profile at any height.

A fastening system has two fastening elements for mounting a bracket of a rail system of an elevator installation. The fastening elements each have a clamping plate having a through-hole and a receiving sleeve receiving an anchor bolt. The receiving sleeves each have a through-opening for the anchor bolt and an angularly movable ball joint is formed between the clamping plate and the receiving sleeve.

METHOD AND ASSEMBLY DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT AN INSTALLATION PROCESS IN AN ELEVATOR SHAFT OF AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM

In a method for carrying out an installation process in an elevator shaft of an elevator system, an assembly device is inserted into the elevator shaft. The assembly device includes a support component, a mechatronic installation component retained by the support component and a control apparatus. At least one assembly apparatus (tool, sensor or component) is arranged on the support component. The support component is fixed in a fixing position in the elevator shaft. After the support component has been fixed, an actual position of the at least one assembly apparatus is determined relative to the installation component. Using the determined actual position relative to the support component, the at least one assembly apparatus is received by the installation component and an assembly step is carried out using the received at least one assembly apparatus.
