A top extensible section and an operating method thereof, an elevator car assembly, and an elevator system. The top extensible section is installed above a top plate of the elevator car when in use. The top extensible section includes a top wall and a plurality of side walls, and has an unfolded state and a folded state; in the unfolded state, the top wall and the plurality of side walls of the top extensible section define an expansion space which communicates with an inner space of the elevator car to provide an additional top space; and in the folded state, the top wall of the top extensible section is lowered to be substantially flush with the top plate of the elevator car, and the plurality of side walls are folded to provide an operating space on the plurality of side walls.

Elevator systems including an elevator car having a first elevator car door and an openable ceiling, the openable ceiling comprising a ceiling frame and an openable panel, the openable panel moveable from an open position to a closed position relative to the ceiling frame, an imaging device mounted to the openable panel and configured to capture image data of a detection zone that includes at least an opening formed by the first elevator car door when the openable panel is in the closed position, and a display located within the elevator car to display an image associated with the image data received from the imaging device. The openable panel is openable to create an access way that permits access from an interior of the elevator car to a top exterior of the elevator car.

An elevator car (100) defining an interior space (1) for accommodating passengers. The elevator car (100) comprises an openable roof (2), horizontal roof guide rails (13a, 13b) arranged on a top side of the elevator car (100), a support structure (4) pivotably mounted to the guide rails (13a, 13b) by a first joint (5a, 5b), and a working platform (6) pivotably and movably mounted to the support structure (4) by a second joint (7a, 7b) arranged at a distance from the first joint (5a, 5b). The working platform (6) is pivotable between a retracted position, in which said working platform is oriented close to the guide rails (13a, 13b) in the top side of the elevator car, and a deployed position, in which the working platform (6) is in the interior space (1), at a distance from the guide rails (13a, 13b). The first joint (5a, 5b) being arranged movable along the guide rails (13a, 13b).

Elevator car

An elevator car includes a car floor; a movable ceiling, which is pivotable between a normal operating position, in which the movable ceiling extends substantially horizontally and a maintenance position, in which the movable ceiling extends into an interior space of the elevator car; a working platform movably attached to the movable ceiling. The working platform is pivotable between a storage position, in which the working platform extends basically parallel to the movable ceiling, and a working position, in which the working platform extends transversely from the movable ceiling; and at least one foldable leg attached to the working platform. The at least one foldable leg is foldable between a storage configuration, in which the at least one foldable leg extends substantially parallel to the working platform, and a working configuration, in which the at least one foldable leg extends transversely from the working platform for supporting the working platform.

Elevator car with working platform stabilization

An elevator car comprises one or more side walls (4a) defining an interior space for accommodating passengers and/or cargo, and a support frame positioned above the interior space. A working platform (12) is suspendably connected to the support frame and moveable between a stowed position, above the interior space, and an operational position, suspended within the interior space. The working platform (12) comprises at least one stabilizing member (14) and the at least one stabilizing member (14) comprises a first engagement portion (22). At least one side wall (4a) comprises a second engagement portion (6) such as a handrail. When the working platform (12) is in the operational position, the first engagement portion (22) is configured to engage with the second engagement portion (6) so as to stabilize the working platform (12) in the operational position.

A door lintel assembly for an elevator, and an elevator system. The door lintel assembly includes: a door lintel panel having an opening thereon; a display device, which is installed on the door lintel panel via the opening, and which has a display screen on a first side of the door lintel panel, and electronic components on a second side of the door lintel panel; and a rotation device, which includes a first bracket installed on both sides of the door lintel panel, a second bracket fixedly installed, and a rotation mechanism connecting the first bracket and the second bracket, wherein the rotation mechanism drives the first bracket and the door lintel panel to rotate relative to the second bracket.

Elevator car

Elevator car (6) comprising an interior space (10) for accommodating passengers and/or cargo, a structural ceiling (20) arranged at the top of the elevator car (6) and comprising at least one rescue opening (21), and a decorative ceiling (22) arranged below the structural ceiling (20) within the interior space (10). The decorative ceiling (22) is movable between a closed position in which it extends basically parallel to the structural ceiling (20) and at least one open position in which it extends into the interior space (10). The elevator car (6) further comprises a control element (30) which is selectively attachable to the structural ceiling (20) and to the decorative ceiling (22), respectively. The control element (30), when attached to the decorative ceiling (22), allows moving the decorative ceiling (22) between its closed position and an open position in a controlled manner.
