The problem of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas purifying agent for automobiles which is capable of improving the automobile fuel mileage as well as purifying the exhaust gas of the automobiles, and further extending the effective duration of the exhaust gas purifying agent for automobiles by a simple method of spraying the exhaust gas purifying agent for automobiles using only natural ingredients on the air filter.

The problem of the present invention can be solved by using a liquid containing a) tourmaline fine powder, b) porous material fine powder, c) fucoidan extracted from seaweeds, d) amino peptides and/or alginic acids extracted from seaweeds in water as the exhaust as purifying agent for automobiles by spraying on the air filter of automobiles.

Emitter for dissociating gas molecules using non-linear quantum dissonance

This disclosure relates generally to an emitter for dissociating exhaust gases on a molecular level into their respective elemental constituents. The emitter includes a palladium plated anode and a cathode, at least a portion of which is palladium plated. When properly powered, the emitters create a non-linear quantum dissonance field to dissociate molecules in exhaust.

ELECTROCHEMICAL REACTOR

An electrochemical reactor includes a plurality of plate-shaped members and a plurality of passages defined by the plurality of plate-shaped members. Each plate-shaped member includes a cell including an ion conducting solid electrolyte layer, an anode layer arranged on a surface of the solid electrolyte layer, and a cathode layer arranged on a surface of the solid electrolyte layer at an opposite side to the surface at which the anode layer is arranged. The plate-shaped members are configured so that, for all of the passages, both of an anode layer of at least one plate-shaped member among the plurality of plate-shaped members defining the passages and a cathode layer of at least one other plate-shaped member among the plurality of plate-shaped members defining the passages face the passages.

EXHAUST GAS POLLUTION CONTROL FLUID COMPRISING A SOLUBLE BASIC METAL CARBONATE, PROCESS FOR PREPARING SAME AND USE THEREOF FOR INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINES
20200078733 · 2020-03-12 ·

The invention relates to a fluid suited for depollution of exhaust gas, notably in internal-combustion engines, allowing both to perform catalytic reduction of the nitrogen oxides (DeNOx) contained in the exhaust gas and to provide particulate filter (PAF) regeneration aid. The fluid is a homogeneous aqueous solution of a reductant or a reductant precursor for the DeNOx process, and it comprises a metallic additive for catalyzing the oxidation of exhaust gas particles. This metallic additive is a basic metal carbonate soluble in said aqueous solution. The invention also describes the preparation method and the use thereof for the depollution of exhaust gas of internal-combustion engines.

Sorbents for capturing acid and greenhouse gases

The novel sorbents for capturing acid and greenhouse gases converts red mud into a sorbent material that can be used to remove acid and greenhouse gases, utilizing a series of chemical reactions. The first set of reactions entail sorption of the acid/greenhouse gases and subsequent neutralization by the alkali content of the red mud. The salts generated by the neutralization reactions decompose to release the acid gases which are immediately converted to environmentally benign elemental products (N2, O2, S) by thermo-catalytic reactions. In a different set of reactions, the alkaline earth oxides (CaO and MgO) present in the sorbent capture the acid/greenhouse gases and convert them to nitrate, nitrite, carbonate and sulfite salts. The salts (beside carbonate) decompose to yield the acid gases which are converted to elemental products by thermo-catalytic reactions. The loaded sorbents are thermally regenerated to the oxide forms for re-capturing the gases.
