Method and System for Forming a Composite Material
A method of forming a composite material includes mixing granules of thermoplastic(s) and granules of reinforcing material(s) using a mixer with an interior friction coating. The friction generated by interaction between the granules and friction coating causes granules of at least one of the thermoplastic(s) to be heated to a liquid or semi-liquid state. The liquid/semi-liquid thermoplastic(s) act a binder for the mixed material. A system for forming such a composite material includes such a mixer with an interior friction coating. The system may also include a mould and/or a press for forming material produced by the mixer into a finished shape. The method and system may use post-consumer and post-industrial material as an input allowing such material to be recycled. In some cases, cross-contaminated or mixed post-consumer/post-industrial material may be recycled, potentially reducing environmental impacts.
BIOTECHNOLOGY TOILET PROVIDED WITH DECOMPOSING PROCESS DEVICE, AND READY-TO-ASSEMBLE LAVATORY PROVIDED WITH SAME
A biotechnology toilet provided with a decomposing process device and a non-flush toilet bowl attached to a toilet bowl attachment plate that covers the toilet bowl opening of the decomposing process device, in which: the conveying blades are disposed at both ends of the rotation shaft; a circumferential stirring member that stirs an organic waste and a sawdust in a circumferential direction is fastened to each of the rotation shaft between the conveying blade and the internal side face of the process tank; two drive mechanisms are provided on an outer side face of the process tank, the two rotation shafts are driven and rotated by the respective drive mechanisms connected one by one to the respective rotation shafts; the two drive mechanisms are controlled by a single control device of the decomposing process device via different control circuits.
Coffee densifier
A coffee densifier is disclosed. The coffee densifier comprises an elongated chamber, a densifier motor, a shaft, a plurality of densifier members, a discharge door actuator, a densifier motor load sensor, and a controller. The plurality of densifier members are fixed to the shaft and configured to polish a plurality of coffee particles of the ground coffee within the elongated chamber when the plurality of densifier members are rotated by the shaft through the ground coffee within the mixing chamber. The controller configured to signal the discharge door actuator to move the discharge door to increase or decrease a density of the ground coffee exiting the chamber through the discharge opening when the densifier motor load is outside a predefined densifier motor load operating range.
Beverage Stirring Assembly
A beverage stirring assembly for selectively stirring a liquid in a container includes a container that may contain a liquid. A stirring unit is removably coupled to the container and the stirring unit is selectively manipulated. The stirring unit stirs the liquid when the stirring unit is manipulated. Moreover, the stirring unit is selectively removed from the container thereby facilitating an interior of the container to be washed.
STIRRER FOR A VISCOUS LIQUID
A container (1) for a viscous liquid, in particular a colorant for paint, may comprise a stirrer (2) having a rotatable shaft (3) and a plurality of paddles (4) connected to the shaft (3). At least one of the paddles (4) and/or the connections (5) between the paddles (4) and the shaft (4) is flexible.
System for the processing of organic waste and products
System for the processing of organic waste and products, which is equipped with, at least, one cylindrical cavity of treatment which is arranged with a loading area and a unloading area of waste and an entrance and exit of vapor. Inside the cylindrical cavity, a dragging spindle with direction of advance from the loading area to the unloading area is installed. The axis of the dragging spindle is equipped with mixing blades which conform a mixing spindle with a direction of advance opposite to that one of the dragging spindle.
Vermicast production through conversion of biodegradable organic matter
A feed stock-to-vermicast converter, comprising an enclosed flow-through vessel having an upstream inlet for introducing convertible feed stock into a mixed epigeic bed conversion zone adapted to accommodate a population of epigeic vermicast-producing worms, communicating with a vermicast-converted feed stock outlet.
MIXER, SYSTEM FOR APPLYING A BUILDING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A STRUCTURE FROM BUILDING MATERIAL
A mixer (1) comprises a drum (2) having at least one inlet (6) and one outlet (7). The mixer (1) furthermore comprises a drive (3) and a stirring shaft (4), which is arranged in the drum (2) and is coupled to the drive (3). Furthermore, the mixer (1) comprises a conveying device (5), which is arranged in the drum (2) and which is arranged on one and the same axis as the stirring shaft (4).
LIQUID SPRINKLING DEVICE AND LIQUID SPRINKLING APPARATUS USING SAME
A liquid dispersion device according to the present invention includes at least one liquid flow member attachable to a rotary shaft. The liquid flow member includes at least one tubular suction portion extending along the rotary shaft and including a suction port at a lower end thereof and at least one ejection portion extending in a direction inclined with respect to the suction portion and having one end that is in communication with an upper end of the suction portion and another end that includes an ejection port.
Mixing Tool
A mixing tool has an elongated tubular conduit with a flattened portion at a lower end, a garden hose fitting joined to an upper end, a mixing blade having one or more horizontal wings, a tapered lower end, and an extension at an upper end inserted into the flattened portion and fastened through walls of the flattened portion, and two opposing, horizontal hand grips joined to the elongated tubular conduit at a position closer to the garden hose fitting than to the mixing blade. A user is enabled to prepare a pourable concrete mix by inserting the mixing blade into a quantity of dry ingredients, connecting a garden hose, causing water to flow through the elongated tubular conduit, around the mixing blade extension, into the dry ingredients, and turning the mixing blade by manipulating the opposing horizontal handgrips, to mix the moistened dry ingredients into the pourable concrete mix.
