An agitating system of an agricultural system includes a brace configured to couple to a sub-hopper of the agricultural system and a support configured to engage the brace and to support a shaft within the sub-hopper. The support includes a support piece having a first portion configured to receive the shaft and the brace has a recess configured to receive the first portion of the support piece while the support is in an installed configuration.
SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING LIQUID FOR SEMI-LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS
A system for processing liquid or semi-liquid food products includes a machine provided with: at least one containment vessel for containing the product to be processed; a stirrer arranged inside the containment vessel;
the system is characterized in that said stirrer includes, in combination, at least: a rotating body rotating about an axis of rotation, said rotating body including a plurality of propellers extending about said axis of rotation; a plurality of scraping elements, supported by said rotating body; a drive shaft, connectable to the rotating body, for the rotation of the rotating body about the axis of rotation; a curvilinear element extending around the axis of rotation and configured to be inserted inside the rotating body and rotatably coupled with the drive shaft.
Brewing and Cooling a Beverage
Systems and methods operable to produce a first beverage and produce a second food or beverage include a machine that includes a first nest and a second nest. The machine includes a brewing system operable to heat water and cause the heated water to flow through first ingredients to produce the first beverage and a refrigeration system operable to cool second ingredients to produce the second food or beverage. The machine includes a thermal battery thermally connected to the brewing system and the refrigeration system, the thermal battery operable to (i) store thermal energy produced by the refrigeration system when producing the second food or beverage and (ii) transfer thermal energy to the brewing system to assist in heating the water for producing the first beverage.
Mixing apparatus and system
Provided is a mixing apparatus. The mixing apparatus comprises a housing defining a primary chamber, an inlet for receiving material into the mixing apparatus, as well as an outlet for discharging material from the mixing apparatus. The housing provides within the primary chamber a plurality of rotating shafts, each rotating shaft having a plurality of flailing fixtures associated therewith.
Beater Device with Baffle Supporting Arrangement for Carbonated Beverage Apparatus
A carbonated beverage apparatus includes a freezing cylinder for receiving a mixture, a beater device disposed inside the freezing cylinder for pushing the mixture in a spiral manner from an inlet of the freezing cylinder to an outlet thereof, and a baffle supporting arrangement positioned surrounded by the beater device, wherein the beater device is rotatable to remove the mixture from an inner wall of the freezing cylinder radially back into the freezing cylinder and to stir the mixture via the baffle supporting arrangement before flowing out of the outlet.
Beater Device with Scraper Blade Arrangement for Carbonated Beverage Apparatus
A carbonated beverage apparatus includes a freezing cylinder for receiving a mixture, and a stirring pusher disposed inside the freezing cylinder for pushing and mixing the mixture from an inlet of the freezing cylinder to an outlet thereof in a spiral manner, wherein the mixture is removed from the inner wall of the freezing cylinder radially back into a center portion of the freezing cylinder by the stirring pusher.
Stirrer producing intermittent jet flow
The problem of providing a stirrer capable of more effectively shearing a fluid to be treated is addressed, by using the action of an intermittent jet stream. A stirrer is provided with a rotor having a blade and a screen, which are relatively rotated such that the fluid to be treated is discharged from the inside of the screen to the outside as an intermittent jet stream through a slit in the screen, the stirrer satisfying condition 1 and condition 2. (Condition 1) the relationship among the width b in the rotating direction of a tip part of the blade, the width s in the circumferential direction of the slit, and the width t in the circumferential direction of the screen member is b2s+t. (Condition 2) the relationship between the width b in the rotating direction of the tip part of the blade and the maximum inner diameter c of the screen is b0.1c.
System for Providing a Single Serving of a Frozen Confection
A system for providing a single serving of a frozen confection, wherein the system comprises a pod comprising at least one ingredient for providing a single serving of a frozen confection; the system cools the pod; the system introduces water into the pod; the system simultaneously stirs the contents of the pod while scraping at least one wall of the pod to prevent a build-up of the frozen confection on the at least one wall of the pod; and the system ejects the frozen confection out of the pod.
Food material powder supply device
A food material powder supply device 1 of the disclosure includes a supply tank 50 that temporarily stores food material powder in a tank 50A and supplies the food material powder to a processing container 2A of a food processing machine 2, a vacuum device 70 that reduces the pressure inside the supply tank 50 with vacuum pumps 71A and 71B, and a control device 3 that operates the vacuum device 70 to reduce the internal pressure of the supply tank 50 to be equal to or lower than a predetermined atmospheric pressure at which moisture of the food material powder is evaporated and cools the food material powder in the supply tank 50. A stirring member 54 which is driven to rotate during the cooling of the food material powder is arranged inside the tank 50A.
