A multi-phase cosmetic composition mixing pack for mixing immiscible components of a multi-phase cosmetic composition such that they are temporarily miscible includes a container for holding the multi-phase cosmetic composition that has a first open end and a container central axis, and a mixing element disposed within the container and configured to be actuated for mixing immiscible components of the multi-phase cosmetic composition such that they are temporarily miscible, wherein the mixing element is limited to one or more of substantially rotational movement and lateral movement along the container central axis when actuated.
Manufacturing Apparatus, Mixing Machine And/Or Receiving Device For The Manufacture Of A Composition From A Mixture Of Formulations
A receiving device for forming a mixing machine when the receiving device is inserted into a manufacturing apparatus, the receiving device includes: a first receiving location configured to receive a first capsule containing a first formulation, a second receiving location configured to receive a second capsule containing a second formulation, the two capsules configured to be fluidly linked to each other, a first actuation face, a second actuation face, opposite to the first actuation face, a heater element configured to heat at least one of capsules when the receiving device equipped with the capsules is received in the mixing machine, a first electrical contact track for the power supply to the heater element, located on a first connection face of the receiving device, and a second contact track for the power supply to the heater element, located on a second connection face of the receiving device.
SPINNING DRINKING VESSEL
A drinking vessel for holding liquids, having a base engaged with a rotation platform, the rotation platform having two parts in rotational engagement and configured to enable the drinking vessel to spin.
PORTABLE SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ADJUSTING THE COMPOSITION OF A BEVERAGE
A beverage apparatus, the beverage apparatus being hand-holdable by a user of the beverage apparatus to be portable, can include a beverage chamber housing that includes a chamber for storing a consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus can include a dispensing assembly that includes a receptacle. The receptacle can retain a vessel. The vessel can include an electronic tag and can contain an additive. The dispensing assembly can be operatively controllable by a controller to output the additive from the vessel into the consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus can include one or more sensors, devices, or assemblies that can be used to detect a volume of liquid in the chamber or a liquid level in the chamber. The beverage apparatus can include an apparatus processing portion (ACP) and an apparatus database portion. The beverage apparatus of the disclosure can include various additional features.
Aeration Container
The present specification discloses an aeration container that automatically aerates wines and other beverages simultaneously while being poured or directly consumed from the aeration container. The aeration container includes an aeration plate that divides the beverage into multiple streams to maximize surface area in contact with the surrounding air. Further, a dispensing nozzle is provided with a converging dispensing passage with air syphon holes formed transversely into the passage to permit air to be syphoned into the converging dispensing passage for further aeration of the beverage flowing therethrough. The present aeration container permits immediate enjoyment of an aerated beverage without the increased wait time and extra step of existing methods.
COSMETIC CONTAINER WITH DISCHARGE STRUCTURE FOR MIXING HETEROGENEOUS CONTENTS
A cosmetic container with a discharge structure for mixing heterogeneous contents according to one embodiment of one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a container body in which heterogeneous contents are stored; a discharging device for discharging the heterogeneous contents stored in the container body; and a button configured to operate the discharging device and formed with a discharge passage and a discharge port, wherein a mixing shaft member and a mixing cap member are formed in the discharge passage and the discharge port, so that the heterogeneous contents are mixed with each other.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MIXING DRESSING, WHIPPING FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND FROTHING FACIAL CLEANSER, HAIR DRESSING, DETERGENT, CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL, AND MACHINE OIL
It is an object of the present invention to provide an agitating device which can be shaken to agitate, whip, froth and disperse the liquid material content.
There is provided a device for mixing liquid material comprising: a container containing liquid material; an opening-closing member formed on the top of said container; and a coil spring accommodated in said container and having an end fixed on the upper part of said container so as to be vibrable and oscillable. The coil spring has a smaller coil pitch in its lowest part than that in its upper part.
Isolatable automatic drug compounding system
A low-cost drug compounding system that can practically fit inside of a fume hood or the like is provided. The system can use a single pump operable in forward and reverse directions (or multiple pumps) to compound complex mixtures particularly including those requiring the creation of solutions from dry or powdered ingredients. A wireless link allows operation of the system remotely. In one embodiment, the system uses a disposable mixing tube set that can be discarded after mixing while still attached to the base ingredient containers used for the compounding thereby minimize the chance of personnel exposure.
PORTABLE SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING CONTROLLED QUANTITIES OF ADDITIVES INTO A BEVERAGE
A portable, self-contained beverage apparatus includes a container assembly having a known storage capacity for storing a consumable liquid, and a dispensing assembly disposed within the container assembly that dispenses variable, non-zero quantities of additives into the consumable liquid. The dispensing assembly includes multiple apertures structured and arranged to retain vessels containing the additives to be dispensed into the consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus also includes a level sensor disposed within the container assembly that determines a consumable liquid level of the consumable liquid stored in the container assembly. In certain embodiments, one or more positive displacement pumping mechanisms are configured to pump additive liquid from additive containers into a beverage chamber.
