Conveyor Assembly for Loading a Wood-Chipper
A conveyor assembly for raising and feeding debris such as fallen branches from an orchard floor to a processor such as a wood-chipper is provided. The conveyor assembly comprises a body including a floor having a leading end for location adjacent ground level and a trailing end for location above the leading end in use. A ground contact arrangement is located toward the leading end extends beneath the leading end to thereby raise the leading end above ground level. A powered leading feed roller is disposed adjacent the leading end of the floor to direct members from ground on to the floor. A powered, primary infeed roller is located rearward the leading infeed roller and is arranged to move toward and away from the floor to accommodate members between said roller and the floor and urge the members, such as fallen branches rearward for entry into an inlet of the wood-chipper.
RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY DEVICE
A raw material supply device includes a transport section that transports a raw material containing fibers and supplies the raw material to a processing section that processes the raw material, a stopper that blocks transport of a portion of the raw material transported by the transport section; and a controller that controls an operation of the stopper to adjust a supply amount of the raw material to the processing section. Further, it is preferable that the raw material supply device further includes a fixed-amount supply section that intermittently supplies the raw material transported by the transport section to the processing section by a first amount.
Separating Components of a Pocket Sprung Mattress Sub-Assembly
Components of a pocket-sprung-mattress sub-assembly having individual metal springs retained within a matrix of fabric pockets are separated. A rotatable tearing drum 405 is driven by a drive motor 406. Tearing devices 407 are arranged to pull metal springs from a pocket-sprung-mattress sub-assembly during the rotation of the tearing drum 405. A feeding assembly 408 compressors an end portion of the mattress sub-assembly and moves this end portion continually to bring an end of the mattress sub-assembly into contact with the rotating tearing devices 407.
Comminuting device
A comminuting device for solids-conducting liquids includes a housing with an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a housing interior extending from the inlet opening to the outlet opening, a first comminuting shaft extending through the housing interior and arranged to rotate about a first comminuting axis. A second comminuting shaft extends through the housing interior and is arranged to rotate about a second comminuting axis. A screening device has a screening wall comprising a plurality of slots arranged in the housing interior adjacent to the first comminuting shaft. A clearing device has a plurality of clearing elements which can be moved relative to the screening wall along a movement path and which extend through the plurality of slots starting from a clearing shaft arranged on one side of the filter wall to at least one portion of the movement path.
POWDER PROCESSING APPARATUS INCLUDING A LOADING AND UNLOADING SYSTEM
Powder processing apparatus including a processing head functionally fixed to a driving unit via a fixation device. The processing head includes an inlet connecting unit configured to be connected to an input container containing the material to be processed and an outlet connecting unit configured to be connected to an output container destined to receive the processed material. The fixation device includes a pivoting element configured to rotate the processing head around a pivoting axis by a rotation angle between a first angular position where the material contained in the input container can be inputted in the processing head and where the processed material can be outputted in the output container, and a second angular position where the input container being on a base can be connected to the inlet connecting unit. Also disclosed is a method of using the powder processing apparatus.
Special improvement package to heavy duty grinders for processing thick wastes and slick wipes in commercial and residential applications and use called a gorilla grinder
An improvement kit for heavy duty grinders to process thick wastes in commercial and residential applications made of a two directional cutter having a two-blade cutter edge, a multi aperture die cup, a shaft for pump with an anti-rotational feature, a mimicking component for mimicking three phase drive to a motor stator on the pump, a control board/panel and circuitry and wiring to interconnect the components and a stator winding that allows the kit to provide a grinding solution for contamination including common household trash, a contraband material used in methamphetamine and opioid addictions, a fibrous product including wet wipes with nylon products, and heavy materials that can cause a typical grinding system to be “jetted” which requires continual maintenance and costly repairs.
Shredder with paper separation and advancement mechanism
The present disclosure is generally related to an apparatus having cutter elements for destroying articles such as paper sheets and a mechanism for separating at least a sheet from a stack in a tray. The separation mechanism can be activated by rotation of the cutter elements. In one embodiment, the separation mechanism is provided in the form of a helical mechanism configured for insertion into the stack and to receive separated sheets from the stack in between its space(s) as it is rotated. The separated sheets can fall via gravity into the shredder mechanism. Optionally, a paper feed mechanism can feed separated paper to the cutter elements. The tray can include an edge to assist in directing separated paper towards the cutter elements. One or more staple picking support mechanisms can also be provided to assist in separating sheets from a stapled set of pages.
Roll film shredding device
The present invention relates to a roll film shredding device, and more specifically to a roll film shredding device which rapidly and effectively shreds a long object rolled up into a roll shape, and in particular twists and crumples an object and then performs a shredding operation, thereby effectively shredding an object even though the object is thin, flexible and viscid. The roll film shredding device according to the present invention includes a support frame; an object-to-be-shredded introducing member coupled to the support frame; an object-to-be-shredded twisting unit rotatably installed to the object-to-be-shredded introducing member and performing a twisting operation for an object to be shredded; a rotary driver driving the object-to-be-shredded twisting unit to rotate and perform the twisting operation; and a cutter cutting the object twisted by the object-to-be-shredded twisting unit.
Apparatus and method for a chipper assembly
A chipping machine includes a debarking assembly, a chipper assembly, and a log advance system to conveys logs through the chipping machine and into contact with the debarking assembly and chipper assembly. A rotating chipper disk cuts chips from the log. A housing encloses the chipper disc and includes a spout that provides an exit path for chips out of the housing. The chipper assembly includes a first path for collecting bark and directing bark out of the machine. A second path that is separate from the first path collects trash and directs the collected trash to first path and out of the machine. An inlet of the second path is an opening formed in a base of the housing. The second path includes a chute onto which trash falls and then slides under the force of gravity to the first path.
