Present disclosure relates to a injector, which comprises a first lance, provisioned with at least one first inlet port, to receive a first fluid. Further, a second lance is coaxially disposed within the first lance, and provisioned with at least one second inlet port, to receive a second fluid. The injector further includes a tube member, disposable within the second lance to receive the first fluid at one end, while sealed at another end. The tube member is provisioned with at least one recess for the first fluid in the tube member to mix with the second fluid and form the effervescent fluid. The effervescent fluid is then dispensed through at least one of a first exit port of the first lance and a second exit port of the second lance. The injector may be employed in applications such as, fuel injection, spray coating and the like.
SPRAY GUN NOZZLE
A spray gun nozzle may include a main body, and a spray hole is formed at a front end thereof. A tapered cylindrical guiding surface having gradually wider diameter from rear to front is extended forwardly from the spray hole, and the inclined angle of the guiding surface with respect to the spray hole is between 45 degrees and 75 degrees. A plurality of air grooves having U-shaped cross-section are formed on the outer periphery of the front end of the main body axially extending from a front end of the guiding surface, and the air grooves are spaced apart with the same interval. With the air grooves on the front end of the main body having the fixed groove diameter, the flow rate of the high-pressure airflow passing through the air groove is consistent.
Device for spraying media on the inner sides of medical products
Device (10) for spraying or applying of media by means of compressed air, in particular at insides or inner sides of medical products or vessels, with a two-substance nozzle (1) formed from at least two cannulas (2, 3) inserted one in the other with substantially constant diameter along their longitudinal extension, with a nozzle body (4) formed as a holding means for the two-substance nozzle (1), which has at least in each case an inlet for the medium (11) and for the compressed air (12), wherein at the nozzle body (4), clamping inserts (5, 6) respectively adapted in shape to receiving means (7, 8) are arranged for a sealingly holding and fixedly holding of an inner cannula (2) for media and of an outer cannula (3) for compressed air in the form of hollow needles, which are provided in the correspondingly shaped receiving means (7, 8) for attaching the cannulas (2, 3) inserted one in the other with the formation of a predefined gap (14) between inner cannula (2) and outer cannula (3).
SPRAY DEPOSITION SYSTEM AND ITS USE FOR TREATING A LIVING BEING
The present invention provides a spray deposition system which comprises a syringe attachment device having a specific adaptor. The adaptor has at least three openings being in fluid connection with each other, wherein at least one first opening of the adaptor is connectable to a needle in a liquid-tight manner, at least one second opening of the adaptor is in fluid connection with surrounding air and at least one third opening of the adaptor is connected to a tube configured to deliver an air flow in a reversible and air-tight manner. Thereby, a connection to a needle is possible in a reversible and liquid-tight manner without having to pierce the tube of the system like in prior art solutions. This provokes that no tube material may clog the needle and no air may leak from the tube. Furthermore, an attachment of the needle to the spray deposition system may be performed faster and safer and alignment of the needle is facilitated. Finally, dulled needles may be employed which ensure a more homogeneous deposition of liquid from the needle.
Spray head for supplying at least one die of a forming machine with lubricating coolant, and method for producing such a spray head
A spray head for supplying at least one die of a forming machine with lubricating coolant, the forming machine including a lower die and an upper die, is preferably produced by rapid manufacturing and is designed as a single piece to a large extent. The use of rapid manufacturing allows the production of the most varied configurations, such as stabilizing honey-comb structures or drip points, which allow a more advantageous design of the spray head. The spray head carries at least one two-substance nozzle connected with at least one feed channel. The nozzle body of the nozzle and the channel wall of the feed channel are configured in one piece with one another or the channel wall of the feed channel and a spray head foot carrying a supply connector connected with the feed channel are configured in one piece with one another.
