TOOL TURRET
A tool turret, in particular intended for the use in a machine tool and for an automated tool change process, wherein in at least one work station (7) of the pivotable tool disk (5) a holder (9) intended for receiving a machining tool (15) can be attached to the tool disk (5) in a re-detachable manner by means of a clamping device (31) assigned to the individual workstation (7), wherein, in a setting position of the tool disk (5) that differs from the working position (11), the respective clamping device (31) can be activated or deactivated while leaving the holder (9) on the tool disk (5), and wherein, in a changing position of the tool disk different from the working (11) and adjusting position (57), the relevant clamping device (31) unlocks the holder (9) in such a way that it can be removed from the tool disk (5) and replaced by another holder (9) holder to be used.
GRIPPING DEVICE AND SYSTEM
A gripping device is provided in a turret-type tool magazine of a machine tool and grips a tool or a tool holder that holds the tool. The gripping device includes: a pair of arms configured to grip the tool or the tool holder by pinching the tool or the tool holder between the arms, a main body part configured to support the pair of arms so that each of the paired arms swings in the pinching directions to pinch the tool or the tool holder between the arms; and an angle detector configured to detect a physical quantity indicating a swing angle of the arm.
Method and Assembly for Docking and Retrieving a Filament Holding Device
A docking assembly and method for docking and retrieving a filament holding device includes a motor casing rod defining a recess, filament holders and docking stations. Each filament holder defines a filament receiver channel for receiving the rod and a stop member that is selectively engaged with the recess of the rod, thus coupling a filament holder to the rod for retrieval of the filament holder. Each docking station includes a deployment latch operable to rotate when the rod is inserted into the docking receiver channel so that the deployment latch urges the stop member to the deployed configuration for coupling together the rod and the filament holder. Thus, a filament holder is captured for removal from the docking station. The docking apparatus includes a release lever that operates in reverse of the deployment latch so as to release a filament holder from the rod back to its docking station.
Hand stocker and hand
To provide a hand stocker with a simple structure. A hand stocker housing a hand for attaching on an actuator includes a housing board that houses the hand in a hung state and includes a hanging mechanism hanging the hand on a board surface facing the hand. The hanging mechanism includes: a hooking member that extends in a horizontal direction from the board surface to engage with a hanging portion disposed in the hand; a pressing member that prevents the hand hung on the hooking member from moving to a direction separating from the board surface; and a supporting member that restricts the hand hung on the hooking member from moving to a direction approaching the board surface. The hand is sandwiched between the pressing member and the supporting member and housed.
TOOL HOLDER AND TOOL MAGAZINE
Provided is a tool magazine capable of automatically exchanging a tool holder between the tool magazine and a spindle. A tool magazine includes: a magazine body; an operation lever disposed to the magazine body, the operation lever reciprocable in the axial direction of the spindle with the operation sleeve in a supportable manner, the operation lever including, an operation sleeve receiving hole configured to receive the operation lever, and a hook portion disposed in the operation sleeve receiving hole to be hooked in the receiving portion, an operation lever guide configured to guide the operation lever in the axial direction of the spindle; and an operation elastic body configured to urge the operation lever toward a basal end of the spindle against an elastic force of the holder elastic body.
TOOL CARTRIDGE
A tool cartridge for accommodating a processing tool is provided. The tool cartridge includes a cartridge base body, a tool holder for detachably holding the processing tool, and at least one first coupling device configured to be coupled in a form-fit and detachable manner to a second coupling device of a further tool cartridge, the second coupling device being complementary to the first coupling device.
Method and assembly for docking and retrieving a filament holding device
A docking assembly for docking and retrieving a filament holding device includes a motor casing rod defining a recess, filament holders and docking stations.
Tool magazine
A tool magazine includes a magazine arm and a gripper plate. The magazine arm has a tool pot to hold a tool. The magazine arm is pivotable around a pivotal axis such that the tool pot pivots around the pivotal axis. The gripper plate has at least one gripper to hold the tool at a holding position on a circular arc track along which the tool moves when the magazine arm pivots. The at least one gripper is open in a tangent direction of the circular arc track at the holding position.
DEVICE FOR THE AUTOMATED COUPLING AND DECOUPLING OF A TOOL ATTACHMENT, AS WELL AS METHOD FOR THE AUTOMATED CONNECTION OF AT LEAST TWO WORKPIECES
The present invention relates to a device for the automated coupling and decoupling of a tool attachment from a tool drive means. The tool attachment and the tool drive means are configured to actuate a connection means for the connection of at least two workpieces. The connection means can be a screw or a bolt. The tool attachment can be coupled with and released from the tool drive means, in that the tool attachment is placed on the tool drive means. According to the invention, a magazine is present, having at least one tool attachment receiving space as well as holding means for the tool attachment in the tool attachment receiving space. The tool drive means is moveable in the axial direction with respect to the tool attachment for coupling as well as releasing the tool attachment with respect to the tool drive means. The tool attachment is held on the tool drive means in a form-fit manner. Coupling and decoupling occurs in an automated manner.
Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus includes a magazine including a holder to hold a machining tool. The holder includes a container, a magnetic body, and an intermediate member. The container holds a flange of the machining tool. The container includes in its bottom surface a first insertion hole through which a tool body of the machining tool is to be inserted. The magnetic body is disposed under the container. The magnetic body includes a second insertion hole through which the tool body is to be inserted. The intermediate member is disposed inside the second insertion hole. The intermediate member includes a third insertion hole through which the tool body is to be inserted. A length of the intermediate member in a height direction is equal to or longer than a length of the magnetic body in the height direction. The intermediate member is made of a non-magnetic material.
