The back cover assembly is assembled on an end of the electric wrench, and the back cover assembly includes a cover, a supporting member, a first elastic member and a second elastic member. The cover has an accommodating space. The supporting member is disposed in the accommodating space. The first elastic member is assembled on an end of the supporting member, an end of the first elastic member contacts with the cover, and another end of the first elastic member contacts with the supporting member. The second elastic member is assembled on another end of the supporting member, an end of the second elastic member contacts with the supporting member, and another end of the second elastic member contacts with the battery unit.
Nut runner
In a nut runner with a motor (3) for generating a torque, a tool holder (9) which is operatively connected with the motor (3) and transmits the generated torque to a tool, a measuring device (7) which continuously measures at least one measurement quantity for determining the torque and forwards the measurement value, and a control device (12) which is connected with the motor (3) and the measuring device (7) and controls the operation of the motor (3) such that after starting it generates a continuously increasing torque, and which shuts off the motor upon reaching a setpoint measurement value, the measuring device is a torque sensor (7) and the torque sensor (7) is arranged between the motor (3) and the tool holder (9).
TORQUE WRENCH AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLED TIGHTENING OF THREADED COUPLINGS USING A TORQUE WRENCH
A torque wrench for controlled tightening of threaded couplings, including a substantially tubular body, a grip positioned at a first end of said tubular body, a tightening head positioned at a second end of said tubular body, a tightening torque setting mechanism positioned inside said tubular body, an indicating device for indicating when the tightening torque set has been reached, a recognition device for recognising an element to be tightened and/or elements that are positioned at the element to be tightened, said recognition device being connected to said tubular body, preferably at said second end, and a control unit connected to said recognition device and designed to associate with the element recognised by said recognition device a tightening torque design value to be set.
ELECTRONIC TOOL AND METHOD FOR COPYING A PLURALITY OF SETTINGS FROM A MECHANICAL TOOL TO ANOTHER MECHANICAL TOOL
An electronic tool for copying a plurality of settings from a first mechanical tool to a second mechanical tool comprises: a smart device having a processor, and having a non-transitory memory storing program instructions executable on the processor. The program instructions are configured, when executed on the processor, to: read the plurality of settings from the first mechanical tool; and write the plurality of settings to the second mechanical tool.
Electronic torque wrench with transducer check function
A torque wrench is provided that includes a force measuring mechanism that enables the wrench to display the force exerted by the wrench and to perform a check of the calibration of the force measuring mechanism. The mechanism can perform the calibration check and can provide feedback to the user regarding the need, if any, for the calibration of the force sensing mechanism prior to further use of the device.
Tightening tool
The tightening tool includes: a main body configured to be able to be held by a worker and including a turn detector; a head having an approximately rod shape and provided in the main body, which can engage with a tightened member; a head pin configured to pivotally support the head in the main body to turn the main body with respect to the head; and a spring configured to restrict the main body from turning with respect to the head by a compressive force in a longitudinal direction of the head. When a tightening torque reaches a preset torque value, the turn detector is released from restriction by the spring to turn around the head pin in a first direction and then turn in a second direction, and therefore detects turns of the main body with respect to the head in the first direction and the second direction.
Tubular body of electronic torque wrench
A tubular body for an electronic torque wrench is integrally formed and includes a small diameter portion, a bridge portion, and a large diameter portion connected along the longitudinal direction of the tubular body. The bridge portion has a small diameter end connected to the rear end of the small diameter portion and an opposite large diameter end connected to the front end of the large diameter portion. As there is no gap at the junction between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion, the tubular body is dustproof, has a lower production cost and higher structural strength, and makes an electronic torque wrench a better appearance.
ELECTRIC TORQUE WRENCH CAPABLE OF SENSING MANUAL OPERATING TORQUE
An electric torque wrench capable of sensing a manual operating torque includes: an outer housing having an accommodating space at an internal thereof, a motor and a reduction device arranged therein; the reduction device having a reduction gear assembly with a hollow ring gear member; a front end of the ring gear member having at least one extension arm and at least one sensing plane formed thereon; a torque sensing unit arranged on the sensing plane; a driving device installed at the front end of the outer housing and having a working head arranged at the front end thereof; the extension arm of the ring gear member secured and attached onto the driving device. With the torque sensing unit installed on the extension arm, the electric torque wrench can be rotated manually with hand and is able to measure the torque value.
Intelligent washer
An intelligent fastener unit for fastening together structural members. The fastener unit includes a fastener with an externally threaded shank, an internally threaded mating member for threaded engagement with the fastener, and an intelligent washer having an RFID tag and an antenna mounted on one surface of a centrally aperture body member, and a pressure sensor mounted on the opposite surface for generating electrical signals representative of the compressive force applied to structural members captured by the fastener, the mating member and the washer. An air gap is formed in the washer body member between the outer periphery and the central aperture to reduce eddy current formation when the RFID tag is interrogated by an RFID tag reader using r.f. signaling. The RFID tag has a memory containing information specific to the fastener unitsuch as fastener unit identification, specified torque value and other information Once installed, the existing torque on a collection of fastener units is measured by using the RFID tag reader to scan the information stored in the memory of each fastener unit washer.
TORQUE TOOL
A setting torque tool to tighten a screw or a similar fastener to a target torque is disclosed. The torque tool comprises a main body with a housing and a drive shaft, which is firmly attached to the housing to transfer a torque. The drive shaft has a connection area, to which a drive can be connected. An adapter for an operating tool rotates together with the housing and the drive shaft to transfer the torque, Sensor measure and evaluate the torque transferred. A release mechanism, which is arranged in the housing, releases the torque tool upon reaching a target torque.
