An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine configured to operate in accordance with a command generated using a first language, and inject a molten material into a mold to mold a molded object; a robot configured to operate in accordance with a command generated using a second language, and convey the molded object; and a control device configured to control the injection molding machine and the robot. When determining that an error occurs in at least one of the injection molding machine and the robot, the control device transmits, to the injection molding machine, a command generated using the first language and for causing the injection molding machine to execute a return operation, and transmits, to the robot, a command interpretable by the second language and for causing the robot to execute a return operation, so as to cause the injection molding machine and the robot to execute the return operations.

A numerical controller instructs a robot or an automated machine (external device), in relation to a main task for which a retrying operation thereof has occurred, to execute, instead of or in addition to the main task, a sorting task to distinguish an exception molded product, which was produced from a time when a determination result became successful, and until a physical quantity to be measured lies within a management range, or until a stand-by time elapses, from a normal molded product produced before the occurrence of the retrying operation.

An apparatus for taking out a molded product is provided, the apparatus being capable of suppressing displacement vibration of an attachment mounted at a leading end of each of one or more approach frames by active control using one or more electromagnetic actuators. There is provided an apparatus for taking out a molded product that facilitates setting of a user-set lower limit value while maintaining on-off control. A negative pressure control portion includes a determining portion for determining a pressure valve resumption time period that is used to resume a suctioning operation such that an inflection point does not become lower than a user-set lower limit value. The negative pressure control portion continuously performs an off operation, which is performed to keep a pressure valve closed until the pressure valve resumption time period elapses after the suctioning operation is stopped, and an on operation, which is performed to open the pressure valve and keep the pressure valve open until a negative pressure reaches a stable value or an upper limit set value, until suctioning of a molded product is canceled.
