Disclosed are a device for reshaping preforms to plastic containers (2), a transport device (1), as well as a method for transporting plastic containers (2) or preforms. The device (100) for reshaping preforms into plastic containers (2) comprises at least two blow moulds (81) in which the preforms are expanded into plastic containers, arranged on a circumferentially driven blowing wheel (80), a heater (50) for heating the preforms, and a transport device (1) for the plastic containers (2) or preforms. The transport device (1) comprises a motor drive (5) having a drive shaft (15) that drives a support (17) with at least two gripping and/or support elements (4) for the respective plastic containers (2) or preforms to be transported in a rotary fashion, wherein the gripping and/or support elements (4) are mounted with a linear bearing (21) so as to be movable relative to the support, wherein the linear bearing has at least one rail, which is surrounded at least in sections by a cage (71), and that a plurality of rollers (72), in particular more than 50 rollers, which roll on the rail (73), is arranged in the cage (71).

Preform sterilizing method and content filling method and system

A preform is easily and promptly sterilized. Superheated steam (S) generated from water, and having a temperature of 200 C. to 500 C. and a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure is blasted to entire inner and outer surfaces of a preform (1) including a mouth portion (1a) thereof.

Method and device for producing containers filled with a liquid filling material

A method and device for producing containers filled with a liquid filling material from preforms made of a thermoplastic material, wherein the respective preform is at least thermally conditioned and subsequently re-formed during a forming and filling phase into the container with at least one liquid filling material as a pressure medium having a filling pressure p.sub.2. The filling material or portions of the filling material is/are supplied at at least two points in time and/or during at least two process phases having different carbon dioxide contents and/or different temperatures. The filling pressure p.sub.2 of the container formed in the first process phase is reduced to a pressure p.sub.1 and filling material is supplied in the second process phase, after which the pressure of the container is reduced to atmospheric pressure p.sub.0. In the first process phase filling material that has been previously degassed and/or uncarbonated is supplied.

Aseptic filling method and aseptic filling machine

A preform is heated, the heated preform is sealed in a sealing apparatus including a neck portion mold, a trunk portion mold and a bottom portion mold at a predetermined temperature range, and the heated preform sealed in the molds is blow-molded into a bottle. Any molded bottle is removed if the mold surface temperature of the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold are outside of the predetermined temperature range. A sterilizer is blasted to any molded bottle not removed when the mold surface temperature of all of the molds is in the predetermined temperature range.

Drink filling method and apparatus

Bottles are appropriately sterilized in an inline system. While continuously traveling preheated preforms (1), the preform is preliminarily heated, hydrogen peroxide mist (M) or gas is blasted to the preheated preform, the preform is heated to a temperature suitable for molding the preform, the preform is molded in a blow-molding mold (4), which is continuously traveling together with the preform, into a container (2), the container taken out of the mold is filled with drink while being continuously traveled and then applied with a lid to seal the container.
