Control arm
A control arm for the rear wheel suspension of a car where the control arm includes a cup-shaped spring mount with branches projecting from the spring seat. The branches may be designed as closed channels or U-shaped channels. In the upper part of the control arm there are flanges projecting from each side thereof. The flanges include a reinforced area around the spring seat. The cup-shaped spring seat is reinforces with wedges on the inside thereof. The spring seat and branches form a stiff frame structure. Also described is a method for manufacturing the control arm by forging.
SUSPENSION DEVICE
Provided is a semi-trailing suspension device including: a trailing arm that is coupled to a vehicle body in a turnable manner; a trailing bush that is provided between the vehicle body and the trailing arm and pivotally supports the trailing arm in a turnable manner; a lower arm that is coupled to the vehicle body in a turnable manner; a lower arm bush that is provided between the vehicle body and the lower arm and pivotally supports the lower arm in a turnable manner; and a hinge mechanism that couples the trailing arm and the lower arm to each other in a relatively displaceable manner.
Multipiece spring link
The invention concerns a multipiece spring link (100) for a wheel suspension of a vehicle, with: a first profiled side piece (101), forming a first side leg of the multipiece spring link (100), wherein the first profiled side piece (101) has a first bulge (105); a second profiled side piece (103), forming a second side leg of the multipiece spring link (100), wherein the second profiled side piece (103) has a second bulge (107); and wherein the first bulge (105) and the second bulge (107) are arranged one opposite the other and together form a spring receiving region (108) for the receiving of a spring.
SPRING LINK MADE OF STEEL
The present invention relates to a spring link for a motor vehicle, wherein the spring link is produced as an elongated, deformed hollow profile of open cross section made of a steel material and has respective attachment points at its ends, said spring link being characterized in that the spring link, in the installed position, is arranged with its opening of the hollow profile pointing upward, wherein a spring seat plate for receiving a helical compression spring is coupled to the spring link on and/or partially in the opening.
LOWER CONTROL ARM AND LOWER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY
A control arm assembly for a vehicle includes a control arm, a spring seat, a shock absorber mount, and a spring. The control arm has an upper surface, a lower surface, and an opening extending through the upper surface and the lower surface. The spring seat has an upper surface connected to the lower surface of the control arm. The shock absorber mount is connected to the upper surface of the spring seat. The shock absorber has a first end connected to the shock absorber mount. The spring at least partially surrounds the shock absorber and has a first end contacting the upper surface of the spring seat.
VEHICLE
Provided is a vehicle with a cargo room provided on a vehicle body frame, the vehicle comprising: drive motors respectively provided for each of a pair of first rear wheels 50 and a pair of second rear wheels 55 disposed at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the drive motors rotating the first rear wheels 50 and second rear wheels 55 independently; and a pair of suspension mechanisms 100 supporting a first axle of the first rear wheels 50 and a second axle of the second rear wheels 55. The suspension mechanism 100 includes: a first arm 110 which is coupled to the first axle of the first rear wheels 50 and the longitudinal direction of which extends in the front-rear direction; a second arm 115 which is coupled to the second axle of the second rear wheels 55 and the longitudinal direction of which extends in the front-rear direction; a support shaft 120 that causes one end of the first arm 110 in the longitudinal direction and one end of the second arm 115 in the longitudinal direction to be rotatably supported with respect to the vehicle body frame; a first spring member 130 provided between the other end of the first arm 110 in the longitudinal direction and the vehicle body; and a second spring member 135 provided between the other end of the second arm 115 in the longitudinal direction and the vehicle body.
VEHICLE SPRING ASSEMBLY
A spring system for a motor vehicle including a spring extending along an extension axis (A) and supported on a spring seat by a resilient spring support. The spring seat including a rigid support structure positioned radially inside the spring. The spring support having a side portion, positioned between the support structure and the spring, and a front portion, connected to the side portion, located axially in front of the spring. The spring exerts a force against the side portion and the side portion exerts a force against the support structure. The spring system provides vibration damping and spring stabilization relative to lateral forces.
Vehicle suspension with jounce bumper and striker
In accordance with an aspect of the present disclosure, a vehicle suspension includes an upper member, a lower member, a spring, a jounce bumper, and a striker. The lower member is configured to pivot relative to the upper member. The spring is configured to bias the lower member away from the upper member. The jounce bumper is fixedly coupled to one of the upper and lower members. The striker is fixedly coupled to the other one of the upper and lower members. The striker has a striker surface configured to contact the jounce bumper when the lower member is pivoted to compress the spring greater than a predetermined amount. The striker surface is convex toward the jounce bumper.
Suspension system for vehicle
A suspension system for a vehicle that is capable of preventing a lower pad from being separated from a lower arm by elastic force of a spring. The lower pad of the suspension system for a vehicle includes an elastically deformable part made of a material deformable by elastic force of the spring, and a base part made of a material harder than the material of the elastically deformable part, and coupled to the lower arm.
