The perimeter seal includes a sealing tab at a corner region of the perimeter seal where an upper sealing portion is joined with a first elongated side sealing portion. The sealing tab is established at an elongated sealing lip of the upper sealing portion or of the first elongated side sealing portion. The sealing tab extends from the elongated sealing lip toward the surface of the fixed window panel.

The slide panel is provided with at least one pin (16) projecting into the pin drive groove and the pin guide groove so that the slide panel is positioned in a closed position when the pin is positioned in the groove extension portion, and in an open position when the pin is positioned in the groove main portion.

The lower rail includes a water drainage element having (i) a hole established through the lower rail and (ii) a drainage receiving conduit attached at the fixed window panel beneath the hole of the lower rail and spaced from the lower rail. The drainage receiving conduit includes a receiving portion disposed below the opening to receive water from the opening and a guiding portion to guide received water toward an exit of the drainage receiving conduit. The drainage receiving conduit provides a passageway for water to flow from the lower rail, through the hole of the lower rail, and into the drainage receiving conduit, which drains the water exterior the rear slider window assembly.

A method for manufacturing vehicular slider window assembly includes providing at least one fixed window panel and a perimeter seal having elongated sealing portions joined at respective corner regions. Each of the elongated sealing portions includes a base portion, an elongated sealing lip and an attachment element. The perimeter seal is adhesively attached at the fixed window panel. The corner regions are sealed at the at least one fixed window panel via dispensing a sealant through a passageway formed at an end of the base portion of respective ones of the elongated sealing portions at the respective corner regions to fill a gap between adjacent end regions of the respective attachment elements at the respective corner regions at the surface of the at least one fixed window panel. A movable window panel is disposed at upper and lower rails of the at least one fixed window panel.

A slider window assembly for a vehicle includes a movable window panel that is movable at a fixed window panel between closed and opened positions. A lower end region of the movable window panel moves along a channel portion of a lower rail and an end stop is disposed at an end of the channel portion. The end stop includes a rigid base portion attached at the lower rail and a resilient elastomeric stop portion attached at the base portion and configured to engage an end portion of the movable window panel when the movable window panel is moved to its fully opened or fully closed position. The base portion and the stop portion are separately formed in separate forming processes. When the base portion of the end stop is attached at the lower rail, the stop portion is fixedly attached at the base portion and is not removable therefrom.
