A valve case mounting structure includes a mount base and a valve case. The mount base includes a valve case support portion and a retainer piece having a first engagement opening and a second engagement opening. The valve case includes an engaging projection portion, and a holder portion. When the engaging projection portion is positioned at a front end side of the first engagement opening, the retainer piece does not reach the holder portion. When the engaging projection portion is moved from the front end side of the first engagement opening toward the second engagement opening, a front end portion of the retainer piece is inserted into the holding space before becoming unable to be inserted into the holder portion.

SUPPORTING ASSEMBLY FOR HOLLOW TANK BODY AND FORMING METHOD FOR HOLLOW TANK BODY

A supporting assembly for a hollow tank body includes a supporting body (2) and supporting ends (1) provided at two ends of the supporting body. The supporting ends are provided with stepped transition assemblies (4) connected to the supporting body. The supporting body is configured with a hollow structure. The supporting body includes a supporting main body (5) and a base (6). The supporting main body is configured with a cylindrical structure or a cylindrical structure with a corrugated structure in the middle. With this structure, the deformation of the hollow tank body under the relatively high overpressure and the low negative pressure can be avoided, and the shape stability of the whole product can be enhanced. Meanwhile, the supporting structure needs less material, and has a light weight and lowered cost.

FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING AND DEMOUNTING FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE

A pump unit includes an insertion guide member that extends in a longitudinal direction of the pump unit and is used to guide the pump unit at a time of inserting the pump unit into an opening portion of a fuel tank. The insertion guide member includes a stopper portion and a guide portion that are arranged along an edge part of the insertion guide member. When the pump unit is projected in the longitudinal direction onto a plane of projection, the stopper portion protrudes outward from an imaginary circle, which has a fitting portion's diameter, on the plane of projection. The guide portion guides the pump unit in a rotational direction relative to a stay. A cross section of the pump unit taken along a guide portion orthogonal plane is set to be within the imaginary circle, which has the fitting portion's diameter.

FILLER TUBE FOR A FUEL TANK
