The fuel filler pipe body includes an opening of the other end thereof to which a nozzle guide is mounted. The nozzle guide includes on an one end side thereof an annular covering portion configured to cover annularly the outer circumferential surface of the other end side of the fuel filler pipe body. An annular rubber sealing member configured to seal between an inner circumferential surface of the annular recessed groove and an inner circumferential surface of the annular covering portion fits with the annular recessed groove.

Apparatus for controlling shut-off of fuel gun in filler pipe of fuel tank

Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling shut-off of a fuel gun in a filler pipe of a fuel tank which inhibits early shut-off of the fuel gun before the fuel tank is fully filled with fuel while refueling. The apparatus includes: a retainer mounted in a filler neck of the fuel tank; a partition disposed in a space between an inner circumferential surface of the filler neck and an outer circumferential surface of the retainer and having a fuel intake hole formed in a lower end of the partition; and an early shut-off prevention valve disposed in the partition. The early shut-off prevention valve closes the fuel intake hole before the fuel tank is fully filled with fuel, and opens the fuel intake hole by fuel flowing to the filler neck from the fuel tank when the fuel tank is fully filled with the fuel.

A method can be used to form a plastic filler neck for a vehicle. The method includes providing a fuel injection pipe comprising a polyamide material containing nanoclay and having a single layer structure in cross-section, inserting and fastening a retainer into an internal space of a tip of the fuel injection pipe to support a refueling gun, directly fastening a cap holder to the tip of the fuel injection pipe, and mounting an air drain casing to an outer diameter portion of the cap holder fastened to the fuel injection pipe using a mounting bracket.

Valve module

A valve module for an operating fluid container system. The valve module has a housing which has a first connection for fluidically connecting to an operating fluid container interior, a second connection for fluidically connecting to a filler tube, and a third connection for at least indirectly fluidically connecting to the atmosphere. The valve module comprises the following features: the first connection is connected to the second connection and the third connection within the housing in a fluidic manner in each case; the second connection is connected to the third connection within the housing in a fluidic manner; and the first connection, the second connection, and the third connection can each be adjusted independently of one another between an open position, in which fluid communication through the respective connection is allowed, and a closed position, in which fluid communication through the respective connection is prevented.

Fill level valve for a pressure equalization line of a fluid tank assembly and corresponding fluid tank assembly

The application relates to a fill level valve for a pressure equalization line of a fluid tank assembly, wherein the pressure equalization line is fluidically connected between a fluid tank and a filling line opening into the fluid tank, and wherein the fill level valve includes a connecting piece which can be arranged on the fluid tank. It is provided here that a dip tube, which can be arranged in the fluid tank, and which is fluidically connected to the connecting piece, originates from the connecting piece, wherein a flow resistance formed by a constricted flow cross section is provided in the dip tube. The application furthermore relates to a fluid tank assembly.

Venting device for venting a motor vehicle tank

A ventilation device for ventilating a motor vehicle tank. The ventilation device includes a filler pipe, a ventilation line, a degassing line, and a guide arc member. The ventilation line is to be fluidically connected at a first ventilation line end to the motor vehicle tank, and at a second ventilation line end to the filler pipe via a ventilation inlet. The degassing line is to be fluidically connected at a first degassing line end to the filler pipe via a degassing outlet. The guide arc member is arranged in the filler pipe to define a guide path for incoming vapor passing through the ventilation inlet into the filler pipe. The guide arc member is to facilitate flow of the incoming vapor between an inner wall of the filler pipe and the guide arc member along a periphery of the filler pipe along a periphery of the filler pipe such that a gaseous component of the incoming vapor escapes through the degassing outlet and a liquid component of the incoming vapor flows off through the filler pipe.

LINE SYSTEM, FILLING ASSEMBLY INCLUDING A LINE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LINE SYSTEM
