Fuel feeding device for vehicles
The problem to be solved is to provide a fuel feeding device for vehicles that is stably secured to a vehicle body. In the fuel feeding device for vehicles having an inlet filler pipe 1 and a fixing member 4, a flexible element 5 is provided that relatively presses the inlet filler pipe 1 toward the fixing member 4. With the flexible element 5 causing the inlet filler pipe 1 and the fixing member 4 to make pressure contact with each other, there can hardly be any gap created between the inlet filler pipe 1 and the fixing member 4 irrespective of the difference in linear expansion coefficient between them.
Vehicle rear portion structure with inlet pipe
A vehicle rear portion structure has: a suspension structural portion that overlaps a rear side member as seen in a vehicle plan view; an inlet pipe that passes-through between the rear side member and the suspension structural portion; and a pipe protecting portion that is provided at a position overlapping the rear side member and the suspension structural portion in a vehicle plan view, and a length in a vehicle vertical direction of the pipe protecting portion is set to be longer than an outer diameter of the inlet pipe, and rigidity, with respect to load from a vehicle lower side, of the pipe protecting portion is set to be higher than that of the inlet pipe.
Installation of a urea tank in a commercial vehicle having a diesel engine and corresponding vehicle
A commercial vehicle including a diesel engine, a lower vehicle structure defining a vehicle floor, and, to a side, a running board providing access to a front seat of the vehicle, the lower structure supporting, under the floor, a gas oil tank including a filling pipe leading to the side of the vehicle, in a rear of the running board. The vehicle further includes a urea tank housed in immediate vicinity of the gas oil tank, and includes a filling pipe which leads into a rear front wall of the running board at a housing formed in the front wall of the running board and closable by a trap.
Tank recess
A tank recess for motor vehicles comprising a recess body having a device for fastening to a vehicle body opening from outside and having a tank feed line sealing portion, characterized in that the recess body has a fold-over sealing edge on the base portion, such that a flange on an inner metal plate of the vehicle body opening is encompassed by the fold-over sealing edge, such that in the installed position the sealing edge is able to be placed sealingly around the flange of the vehicle body opening.
VEHICLE FLOOR LOWER STRUCTURE
A vehicle floor lower structure comprising a fuel tank that is disposed under a floor of a vehicle, and a battery pack that is disposed under the floor of the vehicle and at a vehicle body rear side of the fuel tank, and the battery pack is configured to be a power source to drive a traction motor installed in the vehicle
FUEL SUPPLY APPARATUS
A fixation member configured to fix a filler pipe to the vehicle body includes a flexural deformation portion. In a non-surrounded state, this flexural deformation portion is not flexurally deformed but is located on the inner side of the outer circumference of a filler neck body. In a surrounded state, the flexural deformation portion is flexurally deformed to induce a pressing force and provides the pressing force to the filler pipe. This configuration suppresses rattling of the filler pipe over a long time period.
Structure for filling section of fuel filler pipe
There is provided a structure for a filling section of a fuel filler pipe which communicates with and connects between a filling port for inserting a nozzle of a filling gun and a fuel tank for reserving a fuel. The fuel filler pipe includes a straight pipe section which extends from the filling port to a fuel tank side and which inclines downward relative to a horizontal direction. The straight pipe section includes a capless mechanism section including a shutter to open or close the filling port. The straight pipe section includes on the filling port side thereof an end surface which inclines relative to a cross section of the straight pipe in a direction of a main body surface of a lid section closed that is provided on a panel member of a vehicle body. This structure realizes convenience in refilling and a compact size of the adapter.
Rear fender module
The present disclosure relates to a rear fender module for arrangement on a side panel of a motor vehicle body. The rear fender module includes a fender shell and at least one add-on part arranged thereon. The fender shell has at least two fastening sites for detachable fastening on the side panel.
FILLING SYSTEM FOR OPERATING FLUID CONTAINERS
The invention discloses a filling system for an operating fluid container (1) of a motor vehicle, comprising a filling hose (10) and at least one filling hose holding device (20). The filling hose holding device (20) can be fastened in an installation space of the motor vehicle, and the filling hose (10) can be fluid-connected to an operating fluid container (1) and to a filling neck (30). The filling hose (10) can be fastened in the installation space of the motor vehicle by means of the filling hose holding device (20) in such a manner that the filling hose (10) follows a contour defined by the filling hose holding device (20).
VEHICLE COMPONENT AND MOTOR VEHICLE
A vehicle component for a motor vehicle includes a coupling device including two couplable coupling elements configured to provide, in a coupled state, a fuel-tight connection of two fuel-conducting lines. One of the coupling elements is in a form of a metallic female element which is fixedly connectable to one of the two lines, and an other one of the coupling elements is in a form of a metallic male element which is fixedly connectable to an other one of the two lines. The male element, for coupling purposes, is insertable into the female element, wherein, in the coupled state, an axially extending overlap section with at least one radial seal device is formed between the female element and the male element. A securing device is configured to secure the coupling elements in the coupled state against inadvertent release from one another.
