A vehicle seat assembly is provided for a motor vehicle. A juvenile vehicle seat includes a seat bottom and a seat back extending upwardly from the seat bottom. The juvenile vehicle seat is adapted to be used in a harness mode in which a seated child is restrained by a harness coupled to the seat bottom and back. The juvenile vehicle seat is also adapted to be used in a booster mode in which a seated child is restrained by lap and shoulder portions of a vehicle seat belt.

The child safety seat for transporting a child in a vehicle is configured for the child to be secured to the child safety seat with a safety belt of the vehicle, and is characterized in that the child safety seat comprises a belt pad which is adapted to be arranged on the safety belt. The belt pad of the child safety seat preferably comprises a lower component and an upper component, wherein the lower component is configured to be positioned between the safety belt and the child when the child is seated in the child safety seat and is secured in the child safety seat with the safety belt, and wherein the upper component is configured to be positioned on the side of the safety belt opposite to the side the lower component is positioned on.

An adjustable footrest assembly adapted to a car safety seat is provided. The car safety seat includes a seat body. The adjustable footrest assembly includes a footrest and two flexible connection structures. The two flexible connection structures are connected to two ends of the footrest. The footrest is adapted to be connected to the seat body through the two flexible connection structures, and a length of each of the flexible connection structures is adapted to be adjusted to change a distance between the footrest and the seat body. A vehicle seat with integrated child booster device provides an integrated child booster deployable into a use position from a stowed position within a vehicle seat. The device includes a seat back coupled to and extending upwardly from a base frame. A seat bottom is slidably coupled to the base frame selectively covering and exposing an interior space of the base frame. A border section of the seat bottom is slidably coupled to the base frame and a central section of the seat bottom has an upright portion pivotally coupled to a seat portion along a first side of the central section. A second side of the central section is pivotally and slidably coupled to the border section. The upright portion is positionable adjacent to the seat back. A platform is vertically aligned under and supports the central section of the seat bottom.
BACKREST LOCKING MECHANISM AND CHILD SAFETY SEAT THEREWITH
A backrest locking mechanism adapted for a backrest and a base of a child safety seat is provided. The backrest is detachably connected to the base. A guiding slot is formed on the base. A mounting arm protrudes from the backrest and is configured to be at least partially accommodated inside the guiding slot and slidable relative to the guiding slot. The backrest locking mechanism includes a locking pin and a locking component. The locking pin is disposed on one of the mounting arm or the guiding slot. The locking component is partially located inside the other of the mounting arm or the guiding slot. A locking hole structure is formed on the locking component. The locking pin and the locking hole structure engage with each other when the mounting arm is at least partially accommodated inside the guiding slot. Besides, a related child safety seat is also provided.
Height-adjustable vehicle seat
A juvenile vehicle seat includes a squab (i.e. base) on which a child may sit when the squab is placed on a passenger seat in a vehicle. The orientation of the squab relative to the passenger seat may be varied at the option of a caregiver.

A vehicle seat assembly is provided with a structural member adapted to be mounted within a vehicle to provide support to an occupant. The structural member has at least one channel formed therein. A cushion member is provided adjacent to the structural layer. The cushion member has at least one channel formed therethrough. A trim member is secured over the cushion member to form a seating surface. At least one attachment member is mounted to the trim member extending through the at least one channel of the cushion member. The at least one attachment member extends into the at least one channel of the structural member such that at least one of the trim material and the cushion layer is retained on the structural member.
