A lens-cleaning assembly includes an ultrasonic cleaning system configured to selectively generate vibrations in a lens. The ultrasonic cleaning system is operable to selectively generate cleaning vibrations at a plurality of pulse widths. The cleaning system also includes a controller in communication with the ultrasonic cleaning system. The controller is configured to automatically determine a target pulse width among the plurality of pulse widths in response to a detected characteristic of a detected occlusion on the lens, and to automatically control the ultrasonic cleaning system to generate a cleaning vibration having the target pulse width.

A method comprising: (a) heating a light module of a vehicle with a heater; (b) monitoring a temperature of the light module; (c) activating a communication sequence; and (d) performing the communication sequence so that a message is conveyed between a controller of the light module and a controller of the vehicle.

A light system comprising: (a) a plurality of light sources connected to a vehicle and creating light that radiates away from the vehicle so that the light substantially surrounds the vehicle; and (b) one or more sensors that detect light from another light source; and wherein one or more of the plurality of light sources are turned off in a direction of the another light source while some of the plurality of light sources remain on so that a tunnel having a reduction or absence of light is formed in the direction of the another light source between the plurality of light sources that remain on.

A composition is also provided that includes mercapto modified resin; aliphatic urethane acrylate; a multifunctional crosslinking agent; photoinitiator; and a hindered amine light stabilizer. The composition provides a fast curing coating that utilizes photopolymerization reactions using a variety of light sources such as low energy consuming and environmentally-friendly UV-LED and sunlight. A vehicular washing device includes: a nozzle (4); a flow passage forming body (2) of which an internal space is a flow passage of a fluid; and a valve (21) that has a pressing tube part (22) with an axial direction coinciding with a flow direction of the fluid, is elastically deformable in a direction in which the diameter of the pressing tube part changes, and opens and closes the flow passage according to the state of deformation. A snow removing device includes a heater that is disposed in a moving body that has a light including a cover and a cleaner that ejects a washer solution toward an outer surface of the cover. The cover is exposed to an outside of the moving body, covers a light source, and allows light emitted from the light source to pass therethrough. The snow removing device further includes a control unit that controls the heater to heat the cover first, and then controls the cleaner to eject a washer solution toward the outer surface of the cover.
