VEHICLE CLEANER SYSTEM AND VEHICLE INCLUDING VEHICLE CLEANER SYSTEM
A vehicle cleaner system includes: a window washer configured to clean a front window of a vehicle; a lamp cleaner configured to clean a headlamp; a sensor cleaner configured to clean a sensor that detects information outside the vehicle; and a cleaner control unit configured to operate at least one of the window washer, the lamp cleaner, and the sensor cleaner in accordance with input of a signal. The cleaner control unit is configured to operate the window washer, the lamp cleaner, and the sensor cleaner such that at least two or more of a number of operations of the window washer, a number of operations of the lamp cleaner, and a number of operations of the sensor cleaner are different in accordance with a predetermined number of signals.
VEHICLE LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING SAME
A vehicle light assembly is provided. The vehicle lighting assembly includes a housing, a light source, a lens disposed in front of the light source, a light sensor disposed outside the lens for sensing light intensity of light output from the lens, and a controller controlling the light source to adjust intensity of the light based on the sensed light intensity. The controller may also control a lens cleaner based on the sensed light intensity.

System for washing Motor Vehicle Headlights
The present invention for rights for a system configured for use with an existing motor vehicle windshield washer system whereby a portion of solution is directed to a headlamp washing outlet.
Lens for a vehicle headlamp
A lens for a vehicle headlamp, the lens comprising an inner surface and an outer surface. A cleaning arrangement is arranged to provide a cleaning fluid to the outer surface of the lens. An inlet is connectable to a cleaning fluid hose for providing cleaning fluid to the cleaning arrangement. The cleaning arrangement comprises: a channel and an array of outlets in fluid communication with the channel. The channel is attached to the lens and is adapted to transport the cleaning fluid from the inlet to the array of outlets which are located on the outer side of the lens on the same side as the outer surface for providing the cleaning fluid to the outer surface of the lens. The invention also relates to a headlamp arrangement and a vehicle.
VEHICLE LAMP SYSTEM, FOREIGN SUBSTANCE DETERMINATION DEVICE, AND FOREIGN SUBSTANCE DETERMINATION METHOD
A vehicle lamp system includes: a vehicle lamp that emits light to a front area of a vehicle thereby forming a predetermined light distribution pattern; an imaging device that captures an image of the front area of the vehicle; and a foreign substance determination device including a storage unit that stores a light distribution pattern formed in the front area by the vehicle lamp in a state where no foreign substance adheres to a light emitting surface as a reference pattern, and a determination unit that compares a light distribution pattern captured by the imaging device with the reference pattern and determines whether a foreign substance adheres to the light emitting surface based on a determination result.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING SENSOR PERFORMANCE ON AN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
In one aspect, a system for monitoring sensor performance on an agricultural machine may include a controller configured to receive a plurality of images from the vision-based sensor mounted on an agricultural machine. The controller may be configured to determine an image parameter value associated with each of a plurality of pixels contained within each of the plurality of images. For each respective pixel of the plurality of pixels, the controller may be configured to determine a variance associated with the image parameter values for the respective pixel across the plurality of images. Furthermore, when the variance associated with the image parameter values for a given pixel of the plurality of pixels falls outside of a predetermined range, the controller may be configured to identify the given pixel as being at least one of obscured or inoperative.
MEDIUM DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY AND A VEHICLE DESIGN ELEMENT INCLUDING SUCH AN ASSEMBLY
A medium distributing assembly for a vehicle design element includes a medium guide including at least one medium receiving element; and at least one medium exit element, where the medium exit element has at least partly an annular form.
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO DISPENSE FLUID ONTO A TARGET AREA OF A SURFACE
A device for dispensing liquid onto a target area of a vehicle surface is described, and includes a mixing valve that is in communication with a pressurized fluidic supply system via a fluidic distribution system, and a controller. The mixing valve includes an outlet orifice that is disposed proximal to the target area, and the mixing valve includes first and second valve conduits that are fluidly connected to the outlet orifice via a mixing portion. The first valve conduit includes a first control valve, and the second valve conduit includes a second control valve. The fluidic distribution system includes a first fluidic conduit and a second fluidic conduit. The controller is operatively connected to the fluidic supply system, and the first and second control valves.
Vehicle cleaner system and vehicle including vehicle cleaner system
A vehicle cleaner system that includes a single pump and a plurality of cleaners which are connected to the single pump and clean different cleaning target objects with a cleaning medium is disclosed. The cleaning target objects include a sensor which detects information on outside of a vehicle and a cleaner control unit which operates the plurality of cleaners in accordance with input of a signal. The cleaner control unit is capable of operating the plurality of cleaners such that cleaning methods of the plurality of cleaners are different from each other.
