MATERIALS HANDLING VEHICLE HAVING TILTING FORK CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY WITH TELESCOPIC FORKS
A materials handling vehicle including a load handling assembly having a mast assembly, and a fork carriage assembly including a fork support and at least one fork assembly, the at least one fork assembly including a first fork member, which is fixed to the fork support, and a second fork member. The vehicle includes a tilt assembly that tilts the fork support relative to the mast assembly such that a central axis of the at least one fork assembly is positionable in a plurality of different positions relative to a horizontal direction. The vehicle includes a fork extension/retraction assembly that moves the second fork member relative to the first fork member in a first direction that is parallel to the central axis such that the fork extension/retraction assembly selectively moves the second fork member toward or away from the fork support in the first direction.
LOAD ALIGNMENT AID
A load alignment aid with range finding sensors positioned diagonally on a mounting platform to calculate range, vertical alignment, and horizontal alignment. Each sensor measures a distance (d) from the mounting platform to the load. Where d(1) does not equal d(2) and d(1) does not equal d(3), a misalignment due to tilt or chassis misalignment is detected. The aid further includes a display which may show a graphic representation of the approach to a load and an alert for misalignment notification.
Material logistics system
Material logistics system for coordinating transfer of production material so that production material is available as needed at production stations of a manufacturing facility, in particular a series production facility. Thus, multiple sensors are provided for sensing a production material supply at production stations, as well as a central unit in signal-transmitting connection with the sensors and which, based on output signals transmitted from the sensors, determines logistics data relating to the production material for a particular production station. And also, using logistics data, generates control signals for the transfer of production material and provides them for further data processing units. Furthermore, the central unit uses logistics data to control a driverless transport vehicle, having a transport rack including a transport level, for transporting production material accommodated in containers, for a partially automatic container transfer between a transport rack and a storage rack of a production station.
Retracting Carriage Attachment
A retractable pallet fork carriage assembly is provided that enhances the safe operation of a lift vehicle, such as a loader or telehandler. A carriage assembly is coupled to a fork tyne assembly through scissor links that expand and retract the tynes relative to the carriage assembly. When the scissor links are closed, the fork tynes extend through the carriage assembly to receive a payload (e.g., a pallet). When an operator wants to remove the payload, the fork tynes retract while the payload is supported against the carriage assembly. In this way, the load remains in one stationary position while pallet fork tynes are retracted under the payload to release the payload. Various sensors generate and/or send signals to limit the operation of the boom lift, boom, and/or retractable attachment when a distance or load is out of a threshold range.
FORK LIFT DEVICE
To realize a fork lift device capable of contributing to space-saving for an aisle width at a warehouse. A fork lift device according to an embodiment of the present includes: a first fork and a second fork moveable in a lateral direction and a vertical direction with respect to a traveling direction; and an interchanging mechanism configured to interchange vertical positions of the first fork and the second fork.
Modular backscreen for implement
Disclosed embodiments include backscreens, backscreen accessories for implements of power machines, and implements including the same. In the backscreens or backscreen accessories, a first backscreen portion is attached to a frame of the implement, for example by welding. The first backscreen portion includes at least one first portion interface feature. A second backscreen portion has at least one second portion interface feature. The at least one first portion interface feature and the at least one second portion interface feature are configured to engage one another to removably couple the second backscreen portion to the first backscreen portion.
Modular Sliding Fork for a Fork-Lift Truck or Pallet Truck, Fork-Lift Truck or Pallet Truck Provided Therewith and Method Therefor
The invention relates to a modular sliding fork for a fork-lift truck or pallet truck, a fork-lift truck or pallet truck provided therewith and a method therefor. The modular sliding fork includes a sliding part configured to be adjusted in length direction relative to a fork part of a fork of a fork-lift truck or pallet truck, a drive system for sliding the modular sliding fork relative to the fork part for the purpose of extending and/or shortening the fork; and a locking mechanism for locking the modular sliding fork relative to the fork part at a desired position. The drive system utilizes a movement of the fork-lift truck or pallet truck for the purpose of sliding the modular sliding fork.
Pantograph assembly for lift truck
A pantograph assembly may include a mast carriage assembly comprising a trunnion cross-member and a trunnion shaft coupled to the trunnion cross-member, and a pantograph mechanism coupled to the trunnion shaft.
HANDLING ROBOT AND METHOD FOR RETRIEVING INVENTORY ITEM BASED ON HANDLING ROBOT
A method for retrieving an inventory item based on a handling robot, where the handling robot includes: a storage frame; and a material handling device installed on the storage frame, and including a telescopic arm and a manipulator installed to the telescopic arm; and the method for retrieving an inventory item includes: driving, by the telescopic arm, the manipulator to extend to a preset position of warehouse shelf along a preset horizontal reference line; loading, by the manipulator that is remained on the reference line, the inventory item located in the preset position; driving, by the telescopic arm, the manipulator loaded with the inventory item to move to the storage frame along the reference line; and unloading, by the manipulator that is remained on the reference line, the inventory item to the storage frame.
High visibility push-pull forklift attachment
A high visibility push-pull handler configured to be mounted on a lift truck. The handler comprising a frame assembly, a pantograph mechanism coupled to the frame assembly, and a faceplate assembly coupled to the pantograph mechanism. The hander is configured with a view window extending through the handler, the view window not obstructed by parts of the handler when the handler is in any normal operating configuration, including a fully extended configuration, a fully retracted configuration, and any configuration in between the full extended and fully retracted positions.
