The present disclosure relates to a method for cleaning a process plant, in particular a process plant in the food and beverage industry, comprising: adding a gaseous medium to a liquid cleaning agent so as to form a cleaning flow, which flows through the process plant parts to be cleaned as a bubble flow or as a plug flow.
Pipeline descaling and rock stratum fracturing device based on electro-hydraulic pulse shock waves
The invention discloses a pipeline descaling and rock stratum fracturing device based on electro-hydraulic pulse shock waves, comprising a ground low-voltage control device, a transmission cable and an electro-hydraulic pulse shock wave transmitter. The invention generates available high-strength shock waves with repetition frequency to bombard a specific position of the pipeline or rock stratum so as to achieve the effect of pipeline descaling and rock stratum fracturing; the breakdown field strength of the liquid gap can be effectively reduced to improve the conversion efficiency of the electrical energy to the mechanical energy of the electro-hydraulic pulse shock wave so as to obtain a high-strength electro-hydraulic pulse shock wave; the transmitting cavity adopts a parabolic focusing cavity, and through refraction and reflection of the rotating parabolic cavity, the shock wave is focused in a preset direction and radiates outwards to act on the pipeline dirt or rock stratum while ensuring that the shock wave has no longitudinal component and does not will not damage the liquid within the pipeline and the pipeline sheath, so that the effect of pipeline descaling or rock stratum fracturing is improved after focusing. The invention has the advantages of effectively removing the pipeline dirt, fracturing the rock stratum and improving the permeability as well as high reliability, environmental friendliness and low cost.
Remote controlled portable resonance induction cleaning system
A remote controlled portable resonance induction cleaning system for cleaning a process tubular or heat exchanger can include a portable high pressure plunger pump, which can provide a liquid to a portable resonance induction cleaning apparatus, The remote controlled portable resonance induction cleaning apparatus can regulate flow of the liquid to provide pressurized pulses of the liquid with a resonance for removing fouling. A hose assembly or hydraulic ram connecting mechanism can provide the pressurized pulses of the liquid to the process tubular or heat exchanger. Air can be used to control flow of the pressurized pulses of the liquid. A hydraulic intensifier can be in fluid communication with the remote controlled portable resonance induction cleaning apparatus for receiving the air, and a hydraulic control valve can be bi-directionally engaged with the hydraulic intensifier and the hydraulic ram. The hydraulic ram can seal with the heat exchanger to provide the pressurized pulses of the liquid thereto.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A WORKPIECE
In order to provide a device for cleaning a workpiece, which includes an arrangement for generating a negative pressure as a result of which a cleaning fluid is drawable out of a cavity in the workpiece by suction, wherein the device is of simple construction and/or is easy to control, it is proposed that the arrangement for generating the negative pressure should include an injector.
METHOD FOR HANDLING A WATER-SENSITIVE AND/OR TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE COMPOUND
The present invention provides a method for transport and storage of water-sensitive and/or temperature-sensitive compounds such as isocyanates wherein the compounds can be stored or transported under controlled conditions with ease of removal of the compounds and cleaning afterwards without the risk of damaging the container or pipes. To this end the present invention is directed to a method for handling a water-sensitive and/or temperature-sensitive compound in liquid form wherein the surface of the device that is in contact with the water-sensitive and/or temperature sensitive compound in liquid form is provided with a watersoluble coating, and the coating is solved with water for cleaning the device. The water-soluble coating preferably comprises polyvinyl alcohol.
Endoscope cleaning with viscoelastic liquid
The invention relates to compositions and methods for reducing biocontaminant (for example flesh, blood, mucous, faeces or biofilm) on a surface, such as an endoscope surface. The compositions are viscoelastic and of low lubricity, having the following properties at 21? C.: a rotational yield point between 140% strain and 300% strain; a peak viscosity between 550 Pa.Math.s and 2000 Pa.Math.s; an oscillatory flow point between 250 and 700% strain; and a coefficient of friction ? which has a maximum value (preferably 0.06 or greater) in the viscoelastic liquid's elastohydrodynamic region.
