Method and evaluation device for monitoring a vulcanization process of a vehicle tire in a tire heating press
Evaluation device and method for monitoring a vulcanization process of a vehicle tire in a tire heating press, wherein at least one sensor value and/or at least one control variable of the tire heating press is acquired, where the sensor value and/or the control variable is fed to an evaluation device that includes an ML model, and the evaluation device and/or the ML model outputs a warning notification when an evaluation of the at least one sensor value and/or the at least one control variable by the evaluation device reveals that there is a defect or an anomaly with the tire heating press or at least part of the tire heating press, or that there will be a defect or an anomaly with the tire heating press or at least part of the tire heating press in the foreseeable future.
Tire vulcanizing apparatus
An apparatus for vulcanizing a tire comprises: a side mold segment provided with a face for shaping the outer surface of a tire sidewall portion, and an opposite face not serving for shaping; and a heater part for vulcanizing the raw tire. The heater part is disposed adjacently to the side mold segment to heat the raw tire abutting on the side-shaping-face from the side of the face not serving for shaping. The side mold segment is provided with a flow path through which a first fluid whose temperature is lower than the vulcanization temperature of the raw tire can flow to prevent over-vulcanization of the sidewall portion.
TIRE-HOLDING DEVICE
A tire-holding device includes: a shaft body having a portion thereof inserted into a bladder which is fixed to the shaft body, the bladder expanding in a tire to hold the tire; and a support body which comes into contact with the shaft body to support the shaft body, the shaft body includes an inner hole placed inside the bladder, and an outer hole placed outside the bladder and is brought into communication with the inner hole, and the support body includes a support hole, and when the support body supports the shaft body, the outer hole and the support hole come into communication with each other irrespective of a position of the shaft body in its circumferential direction.
Apparatus for manufacturing tyres for vehicle wheels
An apparatus for manufacturing tires for vehicle wheels includes devices designed to form a green tire, a vulcanization mold having holding walls defining a molding cavity, and devices for transferring the green tire into the molding cavity. The vulcanization mold includes a plurality of vent valves, at least one of which includes a duct and a closure member having a closing head that is axially movable relative to the duct. The closing head is movable between a closed position, at which the closing head forms a contact seat, and an open position, at which the closing head and inner wall confine a passage for connection with the molding cavity.
APPARATUS FOR VULCANISING A TYRE, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING AN APPARATUS FOR VULCANISING TYRES
The invention relates to an apparatus (10) for vulcanizing a tire, with a tire receiving unit (12a), which has a vulcanizing mold (30a), wherein the vulcanizing mold (30a) provides a shaping and vulcanizing space for receiving a green tire (R1) to be vulcanized, with a fluid path (42) for a temperature control medium extending through an annular heating body (24a) of the tire receiving unit (12a), an insulating body (14), running around the tire receiving unit (12a), to reduce an exchange of heat between the tire receiving unit (12a) and the surroundings of the apparatus (10); and at least one pressure body (16), which is movable in the vertical direction and is arranged on an end face of the tire receiving unit (12a), a vertical movement of the pressure body (16) being able to initiate a horizontal movement of mold segments (28a) of the vulcanizing mold (30a) up to a green tire (R1) located in the vulcanizing space.
