Oral care implement package
A package (100) for an oral care implement such as one or more toothbrushes can include a transparent or translucent front panel (102) having a flat surface at a consumer-facing side of the package. The package can further include a transparent or translucent back panel (104) attached to the front panel, the back panel having a contoured surface, as well as text and/or graphics (116) on the front panel, wherein the package is configured to be displayed with the front panel of the package facing a viewing location. The front panel can further include an opening tab (120) defined by a tab line (122), a flap (126) defined, at least in part, by the tab line, and an opening cavity (124) in the back panel that is positioned behind the flap.
Packaging Systems And Methods For Mounting A Tool On A Surgical Device
A packaging system for an elongate tool to be coupled to a surgical device. A segmented packaging body comprises a first distal section, a second distal section, and a proximal section. The first and second distal sections provide a clamshell casing to the distal end of the tool, and the proximal section is pivotally coupled to the first distal section and configured to receive the proximal end of the tool. The packaging body may comprise a living hinge and perforations to facilitate mounting the tool on the surgical device without the user touching the tool, thereby minimizing risk of contamination and/or injury. The proximal section may be detached from the clamshell casing at the perforations after the tool is mounted on the surgical device. Secondary packaging may be provided to receive the packaging body. Methods for mounting the tool disposed within the packaging system are also disclosed.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPLAYING FOOD ITEMS
A system and method for displaying items such as food allowing for an unobstructed view of the food item is disclosed. The system includes a backer card and a transparent film. The food item is stored in the transparent film allowing an unobstructed view of the food item. An upper portion of the transparent film is secured to the backer card leaving a portion of the transparent film below the point of attachment unsecured allowing the food item to move away from the backer card. Information pertaining to the food item is printed on the backer card leaving the view of the food item unobstructed.
PACKAGED FOOD WITH MOISTURE RELEASE
A microwavable food packaging can be configured to absorb fluid. The packaging can include a first sheet and a flexible second sheet. The first sheet can include a first polymeric layer. The first sheet can define an upper portion of a food pocket. The flexible second sheet can include an absorbent layer. The absorbent layer can include a paper-based side and a polymer-based side. The paper-based side can include paper fibers, define a bottom of the food pocket and be configured to absorb fluid released from food disposed within the food pocket. The first polymeric layer can be bonded to the polymer-based side through the paper-based side to form a non-hermetic seal, the non-hermetic seal enabling passage of moisture therethrough.
Magazines for tactical medicine dispensers
Magazines that include a supporting member such as a strap, rod or chamber and one or preferably a plurality of portable medicament cases that each include a medicament provided in a package. Each case has first and second housing members that are configured to form a medicament package receiving cavity when joined together. The housing members mate together in a sealed configuration that prevents moisture or contaminants from entering into the cavity. The magazines are configured for containing a plurality of medicament cases for administration of medicaments to a group of people. Also included is a method of administering medications to mass casualties of multiple persons that are in need thereof. The medicaments are rapidly disintegratable and can include a dye that stains the person's mouth so that medical personnel can determine who has been treated with the medicament.
ALL PAPER BLISTER TYPE PACKAGE
A paper-based package that can be manufactured using existing blister pack packaging equipment is provided. The package components comprise a face card and a tray blank that can be shipped flat and loaded easily into existing blister package equipment. The package may be formed in the machine just prior to the filling operation, and a paper-to-paper seal may be achieved in the same fashion as in a traditional plastic blister face card seal. Fold lines are formed in the tray blank by ablation.
Fold Open Face Seal Package
A fold open face seal package is provided. The package may comprise a one or two-piece thermoformed blister adhered to a backing card. In the one piece embodiment upper and lower portions of the blister are connected by one or more hinges. In the two-piece embodiment the blister is cut into upper and lower pieces which are adhered to the backing card. The package may be opened by folding the backing card back along a bend line and then reclosed for later use.
PLANOGRAM DISPLAY FOR VERTICALLY ORIENTED PRODUCT CONTAINING DISPLAY CARDS
A retail planogram display includes a series of display cards of varying heights, having a protruding hole at the top for inserting the cards on a hook, but where cards of varying heights can be provided so that the longest one is the most interior one, with a medium sized one in front of that and a third smaller one on top of the two cards, wherein the actual product, such as toy cars, are in exposed, transparent bubble boxes, then nest one on top of each other on the same hook. In an alternate embodiment, a dispensing storage sleeve can be provided, where the packages of varying heights can be dispensed from the sleeve, wherein the sleeves have retaining means, such as coil springs or other flexible detents to keep the display cards in place until pulled out by a consumer.
BLISTER PACK FOR BUTTON BATTERY
The invention relates to a blister pack (1) for a button battery, comprising a blister foil (4) designed to form at least one housing for receiving at least one button battery, and integral with a base (2). According to the invention, the blister pack comprises, between the base (2) and the blister foil (4), a reinforcing foil (6) which has inter alia a tensile strength of between 1,200 kg/cm.sup.2 and 3,100 kg/cm.sup.2according to the ASTM D 882 standard. Moreover, an orifice opening into the hosung is provided.
