REEL HOLDER, TAPE SUPPLY DEVICE, ROBOT HAND, ROBOT, AND PART MOUNTING SYSTEM
A reel holder includes: a plate-shaped rotating plate; multiple reel support portions evenly arranged in a circumferential direction about the center of the rotating plate, and supporting the tape reels such that each of the tape reels is rotatable about the center thereof; and a rotating plate support portion supporting the rotating plate such that the rotating plate is rotatable about the center of the rotating plate.
Drywall banjo tools for applying joint tape
Method and apparatus are disclosed for drywall banjo apparatus for applying joint tape. An example tool for applying joint tape to a corner drywall joint includes a base and a wheel configured to rotatably couple to the base and roll along the corner drywall joint. The wheel includes a body that defines an outer surface. The outer surface includes a first angled surface configured to press the joint tape against a first drywall defining the corner drywall joint, a second angled surface opposite the first angled surface and configured to press the joint tape against a second drywall defining the corner drywall joint, and a rounded vertex defined between the first angled surface and the second angled surface. The rounded vertex is rounded to deter the wheel from perforating the joint tape.
DISPENSER
The dispenser may include a housing that includes an inner cavity for select reception and retention of a tape ribbon. A cap may be movable between a closed position to enclose the inner cavity and the tape ribbon therein and an open position providing access to the tape ribbon in the inner cavity of the housing. Furthermore, the dispenser may also include a dispense channel having a size and shape for selectively dispensing the tape ribbon out from within the inner cavity when the cap is in the closed position. Moreover, a safety wall may extend outwardly from the dispense channel and form an enclosure shielding opposite sides of a free end of the tape ribbon extending through the dispense channel, while permitting front on hand access of the free end for continued select dispensing.
Part feeding device and part mounting apparatus
A tape feeder (part feeding device) includes a main body including a transporting passage for guiding a part feeding tape to a part removing position, a conveyor for positioning a storage of the part feeding tape which is inserted to the transporting passage to the part removing position, and a part detector for detecting the part stored in the storage in the transporting passage at the upstream side of the part removing position. The transporting passage includes a travelling surface for supporting the part feeding tape from underneath, a pair of side guides for guiding two side surfaces of the part feeding tape, and a squeezed portion in which a distance between the pair of side guides is gradually reduced from the upstream side of the part detector toward a part detecting position of the part detector.
DRYWALL BANJO TOOLS FOR APPLYING JOINT TAPE
Method and apparatus are disclosed for drywall banjo tools for applying joint tape. An example drywall banjo for applying joint tape includes a banjo body. The banjo body includes a panel and side walls protruding from outer edges of the panel to define a cavity that is configured to contain joint compound mud. The side walls include a first side wall that extends between an inlet and an outlet. The example disclosed drywall banjo also includes a sloped mound configured to couple to and project away from the first side wall within the cavity. The sloped mound is configured to guide the joint compound mud within the cavity toward the joint tape travelling between the inlet and the outlet to enable the joint compound mud to uniformly collect on a side of the joint tape.

Device for applying around groups of two or more containers a tape provided on one surface with adhesive without discontinuities
A device for applying, around groups of two or more containers, a tape provided on one surface with adhesive without discontinuities, which comprises a carousel provided with plates shaped so that each one accommodates a group of containers to be wrapped together with the tape, a drum for cutting and transferring portions of tape of a length necessary to wrap each group, a roller for unwinding the tape for feeding the drum, a roller for preliminary unwinding of the tape from a reel, adapted to feed the unwinding roller with the interposition of a compensation buffer and a device for compensating the tension of the tape between the reel and the preliminary unwinding roller.
Drywall banjo tools for applying joint type
Method and apparatus are disclosed for drywall banjo tools for applying joint tape. An example tool for applying joint tape includes a base configured to couple to a drywall banjo that dispenses the joint tape. The example tool includes an arm including a proximal end and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The proximal end is rotatably coupled to the base to enable the arm to rotate between an extended position and a retracted position. The example tool includes a corner wheel rotatably coupled to the distal end of the arm to enable the corner wheel to apply the joint tape along a corner drywall joint when the arm is in the extended position. The example tool includes side wheels rotatably coupled to the base to enable the side wheels to apply the joint tape along a flat drywall joint when the arm is in the retracted position.
Tape protector
A reusable, one-piece, rubberized tape protector cover for a roll of tape that fits snugly onto the roll to protect its edges from coming into contact with dirt or moisture that might be on the floor. The device has a spindle of varying widths to accommodate different thicknesses of tape and two parallel side walls that extend outward from the spindle in wheel-like fashion. The device is installed on a roll of tape by compressing one of the two side walls and then pushing the compressed side wall through the hollow center of the roll of tape before releasing it. When released, the side wall resumes its former shape. In this installed position, the spindle is located within the hollow part of the roll of tape and the two parallel side walls extend on either side of the roll of tape and hug the side edges of the tape.
Tape application and removal device
A tape application and removal device for edge painting includes a frame, a pair of spools, and a roll of tape. Each spool is rotatably coupled to the frame proximate to a respective top corner of the frame. The roll of tape is positioned on one spool with the tape coupled to the other spool so that a section of the tape extends between the spools. The frame is configured to position the spools proximate to an intersection of a first surface and a second surface and to motivate the spools along the intersection so that the tape is applied to the first surface by the one spool and removed by the other spool as the spools are rotated along the first surface. The section of the tape is configured to protect the first surface from paint that is applied to the second surface between the spools.
