STRAP DISPENSER
A strap dispenser includes a main body and two loading units. The loading units are configured to receive a strapping roll. The loading units are connected with a connecting member and an elastic member. When in use, a strapping roll is first placed on one of the loading units to be guided and located between the loading units through the connecting member and the elastic member. When the strapping roll is pulled, the strap dispenser can prevent the strapping roll from being jammed or pulled out of the loading units due to the action of the centrifugal force.
DISPENSING ASSEMBLY FOR SELECTIVELY DISPENSING A PLURALITY OF SUPPLIES OF ROLLED SHEET MATERIAL
In one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a dispenser assembly for dispensing supplies of sheet material. The dispensing assembly can include a carrier supporting the supplies of sheet material and being moveable along a track between various dispensing positions. The dispenser assembly also can include a carrier pivoting assembly with a lever that engages one of the supplies of sheet material and rotates during dispensing thereof, as well as one or more biased pins connected to the lever and configured to engage locking features provided along the track to support the carrier in one of the dispensing positions. The biased pins further can be configured to retract with rotation of the lever such that they disengage the locking features so the carrier to moves along the track to different dispensing position. Other aspects also are described.
Roll replacing device and adhesive tape sticking equipment
A roll replacing device includes an unwinding member, a roll replacing member and a cutting member. The roll replacing member includes a first roll replacing mechanism and a second roll replacing mechanism arranged opposite to each other. The cutting member can cut off a first strip or a second strip pressed between the first roll replacing mechanism and the second roll replacing mechanism.
Reeling device
In some implementations, a reeling device may receive material via a receiving end of a set of guiding blocks positioned around a reel. The set of guiding blocks are configured with an opening at the receiving end and with one or more inner surfaces configured to guide the material on a path around a surface of the reel. The one or more inner surfaces of the set of guiding blocks are arc-shaped to generally follow the surface of the reel. The reeling device may operate a motor that rotates the reel in a loading direction to facilitate loading the material onto the reel. The set of guiding blocks travel generally away from the surface of the reel based on the material being received and/or the motor operating in the loading direction.
STRUCTURAL TAPE DEPLOYMENT APPARATUS
A tape drive comprises a roll of a tape that can be extended from a rolled state to an extended state. The tape includes a rigid material that supports the tape and a pliable material disposed at least partially on one side of the tape. A compression roller is disposed on a side of the tape and is biased toward the tape. A drive roller is disposed on the other side of the tape. The drive roller comprises an uneven surface that mechanically engages the pliable material of the tape, without protruding through the tape, as a result of the bias of the compression roller forcing the tape toward the drive roller. A motor turns the drive roller to extend the tape from the roll as the protrusions of the uneven surface of the drive roller mechanically engage the pliable material of the tape as the drive roller turns.
Apparatus for changing paper rollers of a labelling machine and corresponding method for changing paper rolls
An apparatus for changing paper rolls in a labelling machine that includes a first paper roll receptacle that includes a first roll carrier connected to a first end of a shaft, which can be moved along an axis between an unwinding position and a transfer position. The first roll carrier has at least one clamping device that is radially displaceable between a clamping position and a release position. The apparatus further includes a second paper roll receptacle that includes a second roll carrier that in a storage position is disposed coaxially with respect to the first roll carrier. In the transfer position, the first roll carrier together with the clamping device is disposed at least in sections in an interior of the second roll carrier. In the unwinding position, the first roll carrier together with the clamping device is disposed at least in sections outside the second roll carrier.
CORE BOX
A core box with interchangeable rails for holding a variety of sizes of cores.
SPLICING DEVICE AND TAPE DETECTING METHOD USING THE SAME
A splicing device includes a first detection section which detects whether or not the component storage section protrudes downward from the conveyance reference surface; a second detection section which detects the component storage section of the paper tape; a discrimination section which determines whether a tape inserted into the splicing device is the embossed tape or the paper tape based on a detection signal of the first detection section; a first calculating section which calculates a pitch of the component storage section of the embossed tape by using the first detection section in a case where the embossed tape is determined; and a second calculating section which calculates a pitch of the component storage section of the paper tape by using the second detection section in a case where the paper tape is determined.
Adhesive film production apparatus and adhesive film production method
Provided is an adhesive film production apparatus for producing an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer, the adhesive layer having an elastic modulus at 230 C. of 1 MPa or greater and having a glass transition temperature higher than normal temperature, the adhesive film production apparatus including a feeding roller; a cutting part; and a plurality of winding cores, wherein the raw film of the adhesive film is wound on the feeding roller such that the adhesive layer faces outward, and wherein in the conveyance path of the adhesive film traveling from the cutting part toward the winding core, the number of times of the adhesive layer of the adhesive film bending in a convex manner is set to be equal to or more than the number of times of the adhesive layer bending in a concave manner.
