The invention relates to a method for allocating elevator calls in an elevator system (10) comprising at least one elevator (12a-12c), which elevator system (10) is controlled by an elevator control (16) comprising a destination call allocation control, wherein passenger IDs are inputted into at least one I/O-device (20) of the elevator system (10), whereafter based on the passenger ID a destination call is issued comprising the floor of the I/O-device (20) as departure floor and a preset or inputted destination floor as destination floor of the elevator call. According to the invention when a new destination call is issued, it is checked whether or not a destination call is still pending under the same passenger ID, and if a destination call of said person is still pending, either the new call or the pending call is cancelled.

An elevator system according to the present invention includes: first processing circuitry to receive destination floor information transmitted from a movable body having a movement mechanism and second processing circuitry and being capable of boarding and alighting from a car of an elevator, to assign the car, in which a plurality of onboard positions are set, to a call based on the destination floor information received, and to assign one of the plurality of onboard positions to one movable body based on a destination floor of the movable body. The first processing circuitry transmits to the movable body information indicative of the onboard position assigned to the movable body.

A method for dynamic elevator door control is provided. The method is implemented by a system, which includes an elevator. The system procures passenger data, which can include a number of passengers presently travelling to a floor and a number of passengers awaiting to board at the floor. A determination is made by the system with respect a door operational time based on the passenger data. An elevator controller may include a memory configured to store acceleration data therein; and a processor configured to, register a passenger-specific destination call, the passenger-specific destination call including destination information indicating a destination floor of a passenger, receive passenger acceleration data indicating a vertical acceleration of the passenger in one of a plurality of elevator cars, compare elevator acceleration data of the plurality of elevator cars departing a floor with the passenger acceleration data, determine whether a correlation exists between the passenger acceleration data and the elevator acceleration data of a detected one of the plurality of elevator cars, and guide the detected one of the plurality of elevator cars that has left a floor to the destination floor according to the passenger-specific destination call, if the processor determines that the correlation exists.

The forecast may account for personal information of at least one of a person who is in a predetermined environment of the lift installation, a person who is in a section of the lift installation, a person who enters a predetermined environment of the lift installation, or a person who leaves a predetermined environment of the lift installation.
